HRAVITY is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. We are a technical recruitment agency placing Senior+ engineers and tech leaders at product companies and startups across the US and EU. We don’t do volume hiring, we work with small and mid-sized teams who care about hiring quality over speed.
 

Our team mainly works in a full recruitment cycle: from the first call with a hiring manager to an accepted offer. The focus of this role is on driving sourcing and recruitment efforts, as part of a small agile team. You'll run 1–3 open roles at a time, just enough to actually understand what each client needs and find the right person. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and implement bonus programs by partnering with Heads and Functional Managers (FMs) to develop KPIs, bonus structures, payout grids, and calculation methodologies.
• Dive deep into business metrics by understanding team responsibilities and identifying meaningful performance indicators across functions, including Affiliates / Media Buying, SEO, Link Building, Product, and others.
• Own bonus calculations and audits by independently calculating bonuses based on submitted performance results, validating incentive costs against the company's actual margins, and preparing audit reports.

• Proven experience designing KPIs, OKRs, and bonus frameworks for both commercial and technical roles. Experience with performance metrics for traffic acquisition teams or large operational departments (e.g., call centers) is a strong advantage.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including building sophisticated financial and mathematical models, developing complex formulas, and integrating data from multiple sources.

The opportunity

We're looking for a People Operations Manager to lead and continuously improve our global People Operations function.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you'll own our HR Operations infrastructure, ensuring our employee lifecycle, HR systems, and operational processes remain scalable, compliant and employee-focused as the company continues to grow.

This is an opportunity to shape how People Operations scales across a global, fast-growing technology business. What you'll do

HRIS ownership & automation

• Own HiBob as our global HRIS, ensuring it remains the single source of truth for employee data.
• Design, build and continuously improve workflows, approval chains and automations within HiBob.
• Manage integrations between HiBob and business systems, including payroll, Slack, Google Workspace and Finance platforms.
• Maintain organisational structures, reporting lines, cost centres and employee records.
• Manage HRIS permissions and access governance, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal security standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual People Operations processes and improve operational efficiency.

Data integrity & reporting

• Review and validate employee data changes submitted by HRBPs and managers before implementation.
• Conduct regular HR data audits and quality reviews to maintain data accuracy across all regions.
• Own organisational charts, headcount reporting and People data that supports Finance and workforce planning.
• Build and maintain dashboards covering headcount, onboarding, employee support, time-to-productivity and operational performance.
• Produce regular People Operations reports that enable data-driven decision making.

Employee support

• Own the People Operations service desk and employee ticketing process.
• Ensure employee requests are resolved within agreed service levels and escalated appropriately when required.
• Analyse employee support trends to identify recurring issues and improve underlying People Operations processes.
• Partner with People Partners and business leaders to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience globally.

Team leadership

• Lead, coach and develop the People Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage workload distribution and service coverage across multiple time zones.
• Support the professional development and performance of direct reports.

Employee lifecycle

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding, internal mobility and offboarding processes across multiple countries.

• Oversee offboarding activities, including leaver documentation, annual leave calculations, system access removal and exit surveys.

• Support statutory reporting requirements, including gender pay gap reporting and regional compliance obligations.
• Maintain high standards of HR governance, documentation and audit readiness.

Process improvement & projects

• Lead the implementation of new HR systems, process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain People Operations documentation, knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal and IT on cross-functional People Operations initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across People Operations through data, technology and automation.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations or HRIS management.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring People Operations or HR Administration team members.
• Hands-on experience owning or configuring an HRIS platform, preferably HiBob.
• Experience building HR workflows, automations and employee lifecycle processes.

Hard Skills: 

• Досвід роботи з LMS-платформами: знання однієї або кількох систем (Moodle, Docebo, Litmos, TalentLMS), адміністрування облікових записів, робота зі звітністю LMS. 
• Аналітичні та звітні навички: впевнене володіння Excel, Power BI або Excel для формування звітів, бажано знання Power Automate. 
• Робота з корпоративними інструментами та середовищами співпраці: Jira, Teams, Teams Apps, Confluence, SharePoint, Sway, Forms, Miro, Microsoft Loop, Mentimeter, Notion, Word, Markdown. 
• Технічне розуміння e-learning-рішень: базове розуміння API та інтеграцій, знання структури Articulate Rise, Articulate 360, стандарту SCORM. 
• Компетенції у створенні навчального контенту: розуміння instructional design, методології навчання, принципів андрагогіки, навички контент-менеджменту, використання ChatGPT для підготовки чернеток контенту. 
• Робота з експертами та збір вимог: навички збору вимог, спільного планування контенту, інтерв’ювання експертів, створення гайдлайнів і шаблонів для експертів. 
• Підготовка супровідних матеріалів: розробка інструкцій, документації, коротких відео та туторіалів для підтримки навчального контенту.

До Ваших обов’язків на цій посаді буде входити: 

• Методичне проєктування навчальних програм, спрямованих на розвиток професійних (hard skills) інженерних, технічних та виробничих компетенцій. 
• Переклад складного інженерного, технологічного або виробничого контенту (процеси, обладнання, технології, стандарти, інструкції, алгоритми) у структуровані навчальні формати, зрозумілі для різних цільових аудиторій (інженери, майстри, оператори, технічні спеціалісти). 
• Створення сторібордів, сценаріїв та навчальних маршрутів для технічних курсів, включаючи опис логіки процесів, причинно‑наслідкових зв’язків, типових помилок та виробничих ризиків. 
• Спільна робота з внутрішніми технічними експертами (інженерами, технологами, фахівцями з охорони праці, якості, виробництва) з метою методично коректного та дидактично ефективного оформлення експертних знань. 
• Розробка практикоорієнтованих навчальних елементів: сценаріїв виробничих ситуацій, кейсів, симуляцій, інтерактивних схем, покрокових алгоритмів виконання робіт. 
• Забезпечення відповідності навчального контенту інженерним стандартам, технічній документації, регламентам, СОПам та вимогам безпеки. 
• Розробка інтерактивних курсів у Articulate Storyline 360 із використанням SCORM, включаючи тести на розуміння технологій, симуляції процесів, перевірку алгоритмічного мислення та прикладних навичок. 
• Інтеграція UX/UI‑рішень з урахуванням специфіки технічного навчання (логіка, читабельність схем, послідовність дій, мінімізація когнітивного навантаження). 

Необхідні навички та компетенції 

• Повна вища освіта (бакалавр/магістр) з пріоритетом у сфері інженерії, виробництва, ІТ або педагогіки з підтвердженим технічним досвідом. 
• 3–5+ років досвіду розробки навчальних програм для hard skills у виробництві, інженерії або технічних процесах. 
• Досвід роботи у виробничих/інженерних компаніях або в corporate academies, технічних університетах чи training-центрах. 
• Підтверджена співпраця з SME (інженери, технологи, фахівці з якості та безпеки). 
• Глибоке розуміння instructional design і вміння будувати навчання від бізнес-задач до поведінкових змін із застосуванням практико-орієнтованих підходів (ADDIE/SAM, learning by doing). 
• Вміння аналізувати та структурувати технічний контент (SOP, регламенти, процеси, алгоритми) і трансформувати його в навчальні рішення. 
• Досвід створення інтерактивних курсів (Articulate або аналоги), роботи зі SCORM, симуляціями, сценаріями та базове розуміння LMS і навчальної аналітики. 
• Сильне аналітичне мислення, системний підхід, відповідальність за якість і безпеку контенту, а також здатність працювати з AI як інструментом і ставити вимогливі питання до SME.

• Побудова та контроль recruitment-воронки: конверсії, Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance, recruiter productivity, Cost per Hire, forecast accuracy.
• Розвиток sourcing та Talent Mapping: direct search, компанії-донори, альтернативні канали, теплі пули, міжнародний пошук.
• Формування стандартів оцінки: профілі ролей, scorecards, структура інтерв'ю та критерії прийняття рішень.
• Робота з Hiring Managers: узгодження профілів і пріоритетів, SLA, контроль feedback та зняття блокерів.
• Candidate Closing: презентація компанії та вакансії, переговори, робота з контрофферами та зниження втрат до виходу.
• Самостійне закриття критичних та керівних позицій.
• Аналіз Quality of Hire та коригування профілів, джерел і процесу відбору на основі фактичних результатів.
