    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, initial selection, interviewing candidates for open vacancies, and offering consulting to hiring managers.
    • Provide support to newcomers during the relocation and adaptation period.
    • Oversee the onboarding and exit processes for all new hires and leavers.
    • Conducting 1:1 interviews and providing updates to management.
    • Organizing corporate events for different teams and the whole office.
    • Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and systems.

    Requirements:

    - 3+ years of experience in HR (employee adaptation, engagement, retention, offboarding);

    - English: Intermediate (B1) or preferably Upper-Intermediate (B2);

    - Proven experience in organizing and implementing HR processes;

    - Strong expertise in employer branding initiatives;

    - Experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and action planning;

    - Ability to build and maintain effective internal communication channels.


    Responsibilities:

    International Employee Support:

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Monitor HR processes and prepare regular reports (HR and Recruitment metrics).
    • Own employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, probation tracking, adaptation, 1:1s, assessment.
    • Shape and scale corporate culture, engagement, and internal communications.
