    Who we are looking for:

    We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will serve as a bridge between business goals and people's needs. This role is for someone who is ready to work side by side with top management and team leaders, influence the organizational structure, manage change, and implement HR initiatives that really work.

     

    Your tasks:

    • Manage the entire employee lifecycle: from onboarding and adaptation to career development and offboarding.
    • Manage performance management processes and help build high-performing teams.

    Key Responsibilities
     

    Recruitment Operations

    • Post job openings on the company website, job boards, and social media platforms.
