    Responsibilities:
    - Support the Head of HR Operations in delivering professional HR services and HR projects aligned with business goals;

    - Implement company HR policies and procedures and provide full HR support to managers and employees;

    - Consult and coach managers on people-related and performance issues;

    - Build strong relationships with teams to improve engagement, productivity, and retention;

    - Lead and support the full talent management cycle: onboarding, probation, performance reviews, assessments, development, retention, exit interviews, and offboarding;

    - Support succession planning and talent development initiatives;

    - Maintain and manage HR databases and employee records;

    - Analyze HR data and propose improvements to increase engagement and reduce retention risks;

    - Identify and implement new HR practices or optimize existing ones.
     

    Requirements:
    - 3–5 years of experience as HR Manager, People Partner, or HR Specialist, preferably in an IT/product company;

    - Experience supporting teams of 150+ employees;

    - Strong background in building and implementing HR processes and tools;

    - Understanding of core HR metrics and strong interest in HR analytics and dashboards;

    - Experience in an international environment is a plus;

    Responsibilities:

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in the IT sector
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing recruiters
    • Ability to adapt communication styles when working with hiring managers at different levels, including C-level executives
    • Proven ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
    • Deep understanding of best practices and innovative recruitment methods
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms such as Jira, Confluence, People Force, Slack, LinkedIn
    • Experience in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Fluency in IT technical terminology, platforms, frameworks, and languages
    • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
