Right now, we’re looking for a Senior Go Developer to join our Product & Engineering Team and help build a scalable lead generation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Break business cases into well-scoped tasks and deliver them end to end.
• Build features in an AI-first workflow, guiding AI tools toward the right solution.
• Make architectural decisions and keep code quality high through thorough code review.
• Design and evolve backend services and the overall platform architecture.
• Work with PostgreSQL: data modeling, query optimization, migrations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand how traffic is acquired and monetized.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial backend development experience
• Experience with Go, or a strong background in another backend language and readiness to work in Go
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Deep understanding of software architecture: SOLID, GRASP, design patterns, and development approaches
• Comfortable working with AI coding tools and critically evaluating generated code
• English level of B2 or higher

Right now, we're looking for a Python Full Stack Developer to join our Product & Engineering Team and help build a scalable AdTech and AI-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement server-side (backend) logic according to technical requirements and product specifications.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI) and asynchronous architectures.
• Design, implement, and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs, including integrations with external systems.
• Build and evolve frontend applications with Angular (v16–18), NgRx, and PrimeNG.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and migrations.
• Integrate external services and APIs (AI services, advertising platforms, cloud storage, media processing).
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology and design decisions.
• Ensure technical documentation remains up to date (README files, diagrams, API specifications).
• Collaborate with product, data, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Python in production
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (asyncpg, SQLAlchemy async, Alembic) and MongoDB (Motor); ability to design schemas and optimize queries.
• Experience implementing authentication and security (JWT, bcrypt, passlib).
• Background processing and messaging using Celery, Redis, and/or Pub/Sub–style queues.
• Experience integrating external APIs and services, including AI services (OpenAI), advertising platforms, and cloud storage.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, containerization (Docker, Docker Compose), and basic Nginx configuration.
• Understanding of scalable system design, async error handling, and performance optimization.
• Ability to participate in architectural discussions, make technical decisions, and maintain clear technical documentation (README, API specs).
• English level of B2 or higher

We’re growing the team and looking for a BizDev / Partnership Manager. You’ll be the link between the company and our partners and will directly shape our growth.
 

What you’ll do:

• Build and grow relationships with our existing partners and clients. This is not a cold sales role: you’ll work with the current client base
• Find growth opportunities within existing partnerships and expand them
• Represent the company at international industry conferences and events
• Work closely with our US team, so your schedule may be partly shifted from European hours
• Be closely involved in how the company works, including our product and our partners’ needs.
   

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in white-hat verticals such as e-commerce, mobile apps, SaaS or fintech
• English at C1 level or higher, for confident negotiations, calls and written communication
• Drive to earn, grow and own your results
• Based in Prague or ready to relocate, with the ability to work from our office or in a hybrid format.
   

Nice to have:

• Background in sales, business development or people partnerships
• Conference experience, such as networking, booth work, and setting up and running meetings.

About the role
The Account Farmer is responsible for creating, preparing and maintaining a stable portfolio of ad accounts, so that campaigns run without unnecessary risks or downtime.
 

What you’ll do:

• Create and set up ad accounts in line with internal standards and platform requirements
• Complete verifications and configure account security
• Regularly monitor account health and spot potential risks early
• Keep an up-to-date database of accounts and their statuses in Google Sheets
• Hand over ready accounts to account managers and coordinate non-standard situations
• Prepare daily and periodic reports and help improve processes
