    We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to help our teams make data-driven decisions. Your main mission will be to prepare reports, automate analytical processes, and complete ad-hoc tasks. If you enjoy working with data, are able to find patterns in it, and can turn numbers into a comprehensible story, this role is for you.


    Responsibilities:

    • Preparing data using SQL for further visualisation.
    • Developing DAGs in Airflow (working with Python).
    • Visualising data and building reports in Tableau.
    • Preparing regular reports and executing ad-hoc queries for the Retention Department.
    • Optimising existing data collection and processing processes.


    Our ideal candidate has:

    • At least 1.5-2 year of commercial experience as a Data/Business Analyst (preferred).
    • Strong SQL skills (ability to write complex queries using CTEs, window functions, and joins).
    • Good knowledge of Python (experience with pandas, understanding of functions, ability to write modular scripts).
    • Experience working with Tableau.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity.
    • Fast learner with high attention to detail.

    Your Mission

    Build, lead, and own the AML/CTF framework for our MSB / MiCA structure - ensuring regulatory approval, operational stability, and long-term compliance resilience.

    You will not inherit a “finished compliance department.” You will shape it.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Build and own the AML/CTF framework under MSB / MiCA - from licensing stage to full operational scale
    • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance AML policies, procedures, and internal controls
    • Lead the licensing process in cooperation with legal advisors and external consultants
    • Act as primary contact for regulators, auditors, and supervisory authorities
    • Design and maintain a robust risk-based approach covering onboarding, transaction monitoring, and EDD
    • Review and approve high-risk clients, complex structures, and large transactions
    • Ensure proper identification, escalation, and reporting of suspicious activities (SAR/STR)
    • Oversee transaction monitoring systems and internal investigations
    • Provide strategic AML guidance to founders and senior management on regulatory risks and expansion plans

       

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Experience: Proven experience as MLRO / Deputy MLRO in fintech, crypto, EMI, MSB or payment institutions. Hands-on experience with EU regulatory frameworks
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of AMLD, EU AML regulations, FATF standards. 
    • Skills:
      • Strategic and operational thinking
      • Ability to build AML frameworks from scratch
      • Strong documentation and regulatory communication skills
      • Confident in discussions with regulators and auditors
      • Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented
    • Languages: English (B2+), Ukrainian (B2–C1),Ukrainian or Russian (advantage)

    We’re now looking for a Fintech Banking & Onboarding Manager - someone who doesn’t just “talk to banks”, but actually gets accounts opened.

    This is a hands-on operational role focused on onboarding, compliance communication, and launching real banking setups for complex fintech structures.

     

    Your Mission

    Own the full bank and EMI onboarding process for group companies and clients — from searching for appropriate payment solutions and preparing KYC/AML documentation, to completing bank forms, opening operational and MID accounts, setting up acquiring and processing, and working with payment storefronts.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage end-to-end onboarding with banks, EMIs, and PSPs
    • Search and evaluate payment solutions suitable for client needs
    • Prepare, complete, and submit full KYC / AML / Due Diligence packages
    • Handle high-risk verticals (crypto, iGaming, forex, adult, marketplaces, cross-border PSPs)
    • Open and maintain:
      • operational accounts.
      • safeguarding / settlement accounts.
      • MID / acquiring & payment processing setups.
    • Structure corporate documentation, UBO/shareholder trees, and source of funds explanations
    • Draft clear business narratives and transaction flow descriptions for banks
    • Work directly with payment storefronts / checkout systems to ensure operational flow
    • Join onboarding calls and risk reviews
    • Respond to EDD requests and compliance follow-ups
    • Manage rejections, re-submissions, and escalations
    • Coordinate internally with founders, MLRO, compliance, and finance
    • Track onboarding status and move multiple entities forward simultaneously

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Experience: Proven bank / EMI onboarding experience for fintech, PSP, or payment companies.
    • Industry Knowledge: Fintech / PSP / High-Risk Merchants.
    • Background: Experience working with European banks and EMIs. High-risk industries exposure is a strong plus.
    • Skills:
      • Detail-oriented and structured.
      • Strong documentation & compliance mindset.
      • Confident communicator with banks and risk teams.
      • Able to manage multiple entities and deadlines at once.
    • Languages: English (B2+)
    • Mindset: Ambitious, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-changing, high-risk environments.
