    We’re looking for a Senior Three.js / WebGL Developer to build interactive, high-performance WebGL features for a product environment.

    This is a hands-on role with ownership over rendering architecture, performance, and user experience.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build complex interactive web experiences using Three.js & WebGL.
    • Own rendering architecture, scene structure, and performance strategy.
    • Integrate WebGL / Three.js functionality into React-based web applications.
    • Optimize rendering pipelines, GPU usage, and browser memory performance.
    • Work closely with Product and cross-functional engineering teams.
    • Make senior-level technical decisions related to visual systems and performance trade-offs.

     

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on interactive graphics.

    This role is suited for an experienced QA professional who can own the quality of mobile products end-to-end, drive testing strategy at the team level, and act as a technical mentor for other QA engineers. You will play a key role in shaping testing approaches, improving quality processes, and ensuring reliable releases of mobile applications.

     

    Required Skills and Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in software testing
    • Strong expertise in mobile application testing (iOS and Android)
    • Extensive experience testing on real mobile devices (cloud mobile farms like BrowserStack or similar)
    • Experience in doing API and UI End2End testing
    • Ability to work independently and make quality-related decisions

    • Lead defect analysis, prioritization, and triage discussions
    • Perform root-cause analysis and work with teams to prevent defect recurrence
    • Act as a quality advocate, ensuring quality is built into the development process
    • Communicate quality status and risks to stakeholders


    QA Process and Quality Improvement

    • Assess and improve existing QA processes and workflows
    • Identify gaps in test coverage and propose improvements
    • Define criteria for what should be automated vs. tested manually
    • Support and mentor Junior and Middle QA engineers


    Automation Collaboration (Strong Advantage)

    • Actively collaborate with test automation engineers
    • Prepare and refine manual test cases for automation readiness
    • Review automated test results and analyze failures
    • Hands-on participation in automation is a plus, but not mandatory
