Your Mission

Own the full bank and EMI onboarding process for group companies and clients — from searching for appropriate payment solutions and preparing KYC/AML documentation, to completing bank forms, opening operational and MID accounts, setting up acquiring and processing, and working with payment storefronts.

• Manage end-to-end onboarding with banks, EMIs, and PSPs

• Strong API testing (authN/authZ, limits, validation rules, negative cases, error handling)
• Testing non-functional requirements critical for regulated crypto products:

  • Monitoring & alerting behaviour
  • Auditability & production readiness
• Partnering with Engineering, Product, Compliance/Risk, and Operations on:
  • Release readiness
  • Traceable test evidence

• Contributing to test tooling and diagnostics, including reading/debugging services or helpers in Python and/or Go
• Applying AI-assisted testing pragmatically:
  • Test idea generation

• Driving continuous improvement via root cause analysis, defect trends, and prevention (not just detection)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in QA / test automation with senior-level ownership of quality outcomes
• Hands-on experience testing crypto or digital asset products in production, or equivalent depth in regulated fintech with crypto rails
• Deep understanding of crypto transaction systems and where they break:
  • Transaction lifecycle realities
  • Address and custody risk
  • Key management controls
  • Third-party / node / provider risk
  • Regulatory and compliance expectations
• Strong experience with TypeScript E2E automation and code quality enforcement (linters, reviews, CI stability)
• Ability to read, debug, and contribute to tooling or services written in Python and/or Go
• Excellent API testing skills (REST/JSON, event-driven where applicable, contract/schema validation)
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or similar) and test environment realities
• Practical, thoughtful use of AI in testing to improve speed and coverage
• Strong analytical mindset, clear written communication, and confidence working cross-functionally
• Experience in regulated fintech with crypto exposure is required

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review labels, packaging, and product documentation to ensure everything we release is compliant, clear, and honest.
• Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and brand teams to build legally sound labels and claims from the ground up.
• Support our marketplace teams (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and others) by reviewing listings, preventing violations, and guiding compliance-safe decisions.
• Monitor FDA, FTC, and marketplace regulations — translating complex rules into simple, actionable steps for the team.
• Maintain and organize product certificates, lab tests, and compliance documents across our catalog.
• Participate in pre-launch reviews to ensure new products and marketing materials meet all regulatory and platform standards.
• Help us build internal processes that keep our growth clean, consistent, and future-proof.

What You Bring

• Experience working with at least one of the following:
  • Marketplace compliance (Amazon, TikTok, eBay, etc.)
  • Labeling or product compliance (supplements, beauty, food)
  • Marketing/claims compliance (FDA/FTC guidelines)
  • Product certificates, COAs, test reports
• A structured, detail-oriented mindset — the kind that notices what others overlook.
• Ability to read rules, guidelines, and documentation and translate them into practical decisions.
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with different teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

We’re looking for a Lead Influencer Marketing — someone who can own the entire influencer direction, build systems (not chaos), and turn creator relationships into long-term brand equity and revenue.

You understand creators, platforms, and performance. You know how to balance creativity with structure, relationships with results, and intuition with data.

You’re comfortable leading influencer strategy end-to-end — from vision and frameworks to execution, reporting, and team collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and define the influencer marketing strategy across all platforms
• Build and scale long-term relationships with creators and ambassadors
• Lead sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and retention of influencers
• Design campaign frameworks, briefs, and content guidelines
• Oversee campaign execution from concept to delivery
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
• Collaborate closely with content, media buying, and community teams

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing (DTC, wellness, lifestyle preferred)
• Proven experience leading influencer campaigns at scale
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with Tier 1–3 creators
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator economies
• Strong English (Upper-Intermediate+)
• Ability to balance creative thinking with performance metrics
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and remotely

• Experience managing or mentoring influencer / community team members
• Knowledge of UGC usage rights, contracts, and compliance
