    As an Affiliate marketing manager, you will:

     

    Manage effective revenue growth through affiliate channel, ensure solid support and transparent communication with all affiliate & partners;

    Work proactively with new affiliates to drive fresh sources of traffic, mentoring them in all facets of the program;

    Monitor and analyse affiliate performance based on standards KPIs such as CR, Inst2Reg, Reg2Dep, Click2Reg, Click2DEP;

    Monitor competitor performance including evaluation of their TOP Geo’s, Bids, Sources;

    Develop affiliate partner recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns, prepare the annual affiliate campaign calendar and roll-out plans;

    Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers, manage multiple campaigns across a varied client base;

    Participate in product development and UX exercises, as part of our test-and-learn approach, initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonus offers.

     

    Requirements:

     

    2+ years of experience in Affiliates & online marketing with a strong network of contacts;

    Solid sales and negotiation skills aimed at tangible results;

    Proven achievement metrics-driven record in subscription-based entertainment, niche affiliate partnerships in high-risk industries: gambling, betting, adult, forex, blockchain, crypto currencies, micro- credits and similar;

    Ability to adapt to new markets quickly, comfortable dealing with fast-paced environments and ambiguity;

    Business proficient English is a must.

    - Sign NDAs and contracts from the client's side.

     

    6. Market and competitor analysis:

    - Track changes in the UI/UX design industry and analyze competitors.

    - Understand the studio's strengths and weaknesses, analyze recent work for a better understanding of client needs and the services we provide.

     

    7. Reporting and Interaction:

    - Regularly report on the progress of client prospecting and project status.

    - Interact with the team, including designers and project managers, to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

    - Conduct weekly meetings with project managers and plan workload.

     

    Required skills and knowledge:

     

    - Fluent in English C1 (both speaking and writing)

    - Real work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years

    - The ability to provide high-quality business communication to represent themselves and the company

    - Must have the sales skills and desire to sell

    - Skills in online presentation delivery

    RNG Technical Support Engineer is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical assistance to Operators and Account Managers. They troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Product issues (bugs, reports issues, game issues, etc.). The primary goal of the Technical Support Engineer is to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize downtime by providing effective solutions. RNG Technical Support Engineer reports to the Support Shift Lead during the immediate shift and Support Team Lead directly.

     

    Primary responsibilities:

    - Respond to customer inquiries and support requests promptly and professionally.

    - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues faced by Operators or their clients.

    - Provide step-by-step guidance and instructions to customers to resolve technical problems.

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers or product managers, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

    - Document and track customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions, using a ticketing system or CRM software.

    - Conduct research and gather information to provide accurate and up-to-date solutions to customers.

    - Keep up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and updates related to the supported products or services.

    Database skills:

    - Proficiency in working with RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or SQLite. Understanding concepts like data modeling, tables, SQL querying, transactions, and indexing is essential.

    - A strong understanding of SQL is crucial for working with relational databases. Proficiency in writing SQL queries, creating and modifying database schemas, and performing data manipulation operations (e.g., SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE) is necessary.

    RNG Technical Support Engineer is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical assistance to Operators and Account Managers. They troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Product issues (bugs, reports issues, game issues, etc.).
