• 1–3 роки в IT-рекрутингу з розумінням специфіки тех-стеку.
• Full-cycle recruiting (Вміння самостійно та проактивно вести вакансію від брифінгу з hiring manager до підписаного оферу)
• Ти справді любиш sourcing і сприймаєш пошук як цікавий квест. Та знаєш, де шукати талантів, окрім LinkedIn, Djinni та Telegram.
• Досвід проведення інтерв’ю та оцінки не лише hard skills, а й мотивації та soft skills.
• Досвід роботи з PeopleForce (або аналогами) та любов до порядку в базі.
• Вмієш працювати в динамічному середовищі, пріоритизувати задачі та доводити їх до результату.
• Рівень Intermediate+ для вільної комунікації та роботи з документацією.
   

• Full-cycle recruiting. Одночасне ведення як технічних, так і non-tech.

• Самостійна побудова та супровід якісної воронки під кожну роль.

• Вести кандидатів в ATS (PeopleForce): статуси, коментарі, базова аналітика.

About the Company:

What You'll Do:

HR Operations & Administration

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding.
• Prepare employment agreements and maintain HR documentation.
• Keep employee records accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate leave management, sick leave, attendance, and work schedules (including shift-based operations).
• Maintain HRIS (PeopleForce) and ensure all employee data is accurate.
• Coordinate payroll preparation together with the Finance team.

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Organize onboarding for new employees.
• Prepare documents, coordinate system access, and support adaptation during the first weeks.
• Ensure smooth and compliant offboarding processes.

Recruitment Support

• Independently manage hiring for operational and non-complex positions.
• Conduct CV screening and initial HR interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and communication.
• Coordinate recruitment processes for senior and technical roles together with external recruiters and hiring managers.

HR Processes

• Maintain HR policies, internal regulations, and documentation.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Coordinate employment and relocation processes with external legal providers in different countries.
• Maintain HR documentation across multiple locations.

What We're Looking For:

Must-have

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or standalone HR in companies of 20–100 employees.
• Experience managing HR administration and employee documentation.
• Experience working with an HRIS (PeopleForce is a strong advantage).
• Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
• Basic recruitment experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• High level of responsibility and confidentiality.
• Located in Batumi or willing to relocate.
• Comfortable working with teams across multiple time zones (including Kazakhstan).

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting distributed international teams.
• Experience coordinating HR processes across multiple legal entities.
• IT, Product, SaaS or iGaming industry experience.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior People Operations Specialist to support and continuously improve our HR processes, systems, and employee lifecycle operations.
 

In this role, you'll help build scalable processes, maintain HR tools, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth people operations across the company. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner, managers, and employees to improve processes, automate routine tasks, and create an outstanding employee experience.
 

No prior experience in People Operations is required. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in HR Operations.

 

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations, Operations Coordination, Project Coordination, Account Management, or similar process-driven roles is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to organize information and work with multiple processes simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Ability to create clear documentation, instructions, and structured processes.
• Experience with HR systems, CRM, task management tools, or other operational platforms is a plus.
• Interest in automation, AI tools, and improving manual processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to support different stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changes.
• Fluency in RU/UKR languages.
• Excellent English level (C1/C2).

Responsibilities

HR System Administration (PeopleForce)

• Configure and maintain workflows, automation, and system processes.
• Support and update the organizational structure.
• Test new PeopleForce features and implement improvements.
• Ensure HR data accuracy and process consistency.

HR Process Management

• Document, update, and optimize HR processes.
• Create guidelines, instructions, templates, and checklists.
• Maintain and structure the HR knowledge base in Confluence.
• Monitor process compliance and support managers in following HR standards.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Employee Lifecycle Administration

• Prepare and coordinate employee-related documentation.
• Support onboarding, probation, employee changes, and offboarding processes.
• Manage annual leave, sick leave, and public holiday administration.
• Prepare internal communication materials, including welcome articles for new team members.

Employee Support

• Support employees with HR-related questions and processes.
• Help employees and managers use PeopleForce effectively.
• Provide guidance regarding HR policies, contracts, and internal procedures.

Training & Development Support

• Support the design and implementation of corporate learning programs.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external trainers.
• Support LMS platform selection, implementation, and administration.
• Collect training needs from teams and managers.
• Track learning data and support training effectiveness analysis.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PeopleForce or other HRM systems.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, Notion, or similar tools.
• Previous experience in startups, IT, fintech, or fast-changing environments.

* Ability to work systematically with processes, information, and data.
* High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to organize work independently and drive tasks to completion.
* Experience with HRM / HRIS systems is an advantage.
* Experience in documenting or building HR processes is an advantage.
* Experience in the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
* Practical, hands-on, and results-oriented approach.
