About the Company:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to own day-to-day HR operations for an international team working across Georgia and Spain.
This is a hands-on operational role for someone who enjoys bringing structure, maintaining accurate HR processes, and ensuring employees have a seamless experience throughout their lifecycle.

What You'll Do:


HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding.
  • Prepare employment agreements and maintain HR documentation.
  • Keep employee records accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate leave management, sick leave, attendance, and work schedules (including shift-based operations).
  • Maintain HRIS (PeopleForce) and ensure all employee data is accurate.
  • Coordinate payroll preparation together with the Finance team.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Organize onboarding for new employees.
  • Prepare documents, coordinate system access, and support adaptation during the first weeks.
  • Ensure smooth and compliant offboarding processes.

Recruitment Support

  • Independently manage hiring for operational and non-complex positions.
  • Conduct CV screening and initial HR interviews.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and communication.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes for senior and technical roles together with external recruiters and hiring managers.

HR Processes

  • Maintain HR policies, internal regulations, and documentation.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Coordinate employment and relocation processes with external legal providers in different countries.
  • Maintain HR documentation across multiple locations.


What We're Looking For:


Must-have

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or standalone HR in companies of 20โ€“100 employees.
  • Experience managing HR administration and employee documentation.
  • Experience working with an HRIS (PeopleForce is a strong advantage).
  • Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Basic recruitment experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High level of responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Located in Batumi or willing to relocate.
  • Comfortable working with teams across multiple time zones (including Kazakhstan).

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting distributed international teams.
  • Experience coordinating HR processes across multiple legal entities.
  • IT, Product, SaaS or iGaming industry experience.
  • English B1.
