HR Operations / Recruitment Specialist

BetVam is a licensed Ukrainian iGaming operator preparing for launch, and we're looking for an experienced HR Operations & Recruitment specialist to build and shape our People function from the ground up. This is more than a traditional HR role.

You'll combine HR Operations, Recruitment, and HR Process Development, working directly with leadership to create scalable HR practices for a fast-growing product company.

What you'll own

HR Operations

• HR administration in compliance with Ukrainian labor law
• Employment documentation and personnel records
• Onboarding, probation, transfers, and offboarding
• HR policies and compliance

Talent Acquisition

• Full-cycle recruitment
• Candidate sourcing
• HR interviews
• Hiring manager partnership
• Employer branding

We're looking for someone who has

✔ 2+ years in experience with HR administration & recruitment

✔ Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation

✔ Experience in IT, Tech, or iGaming
