- Partner with managers to provide practical HR advice and support on employee relations, performance, engagement, and people development.
- Handle employee relations matters, resolve workplace issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Drive and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives and improve the employee experience.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze people data to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement practical solutions.
- Manage and support one Recruiter, setting hiring priorities and ensuring effective recruitment delivery.
- Collaborate with business leaders to build a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Experience independently managing a wide range of HR processes.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in advising managers and handling employee relations matters.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Experience managing or mentoring others is an advantage.
What We Offer:

- Corporate Equipment โ All the tools and equipment you need to perform your role effectively.
- Hybrid Work Opportunity โ Eligibility to switch to a hybrid work model after successfully completing the 6-month probation period.
