Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and grow alongside our business.

 

This is not a traditional recruiter role.

 

Recruiting will be your primary responsibility, but you’ll also communicate directly with clients, help improve our AI hiring platform, contribute ideas, and gradually become involved in different parts of the business as you gain experience.

 

About us

 

We build two businesses that work closely together to transform how companies hire technical talent.

 

Our first business is an AI-powered hiring platform that helps companies evaluate candidates more efficiently. We combine AI-driven resume analysis, voice interviews, and candidate evaluation with human expertise to help companies hire faster without sacrificing quality.

 

Our second business partners with startups and technology companies to help them build exceptional engineering teams. We specialize in finding and placing highly skilled software engineers, DevOps engineers, AI specialists, QA engineers, and other technical professionals for companies primarily across Israel, North America, and Europe.

 

Although these are two separate businesses, they complement each other and share the same mission: helping technology companies build stronger teams through better hiring.

 

As part of our team, you’ll work across both businesses, with a particular focus on growing and improving our AI hiring platform.

 

Your responsibilities

 

Talent Acquisition (~70%)

 

* Work directly with clients to understand hiring needs.

* Gather detailed information about open positions.

* Write compelling, high-quality job descriptions.

* Publish vacancies across multiple platforms.

* Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, AI tools, and other channels.

* Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

* Maintain hiring pipelines and ensure every process keeps moving.

* Deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.

 

Client Communication (~10%)

 

* Communicate directly with clients throughout the hiring process.

* Present candidate profiles.

* Collect and follow up on feedback.

* Schedule interviews.

* Keep clients updated.

* Make sure nothing gets stuck because someone forgot to follow up.

 

Product & Operations (~20%)

 

You’ll actively participate in improving our AI hiring platform.

 

We’re looking for someone who constantly thinks about questions like:

 

* How can we make candidate interviews better?

* What repetitive work should be automated?

* How can recruiters work more efficiently?

* What features would improve the customer experience?

* How can our internal processes become better?

 

You won’t be expected to make product or business decisions on your own, but we expect you to bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and actively participate in discussions.

 

Over time, you’ll also become involved in customer meetings, product discussions, and other strategic initiatives.

What we’re looking for

 

Experience matters, but mindset matters much more.

 

We’re happy to teach the right person.

 

Requirements

 

* At least 6 months of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, customer success, or another people-facing role.

* Strong spoken and written English (strong B2 minimum, ideally C1).

* Excellent communication skills.

* Strong organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

* Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities evolve.

* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.

* Basic understanding of technology (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should know the difference between Java and JavaScript and feel comfortable discussing technical roles).

 

AI is a requirement

 

We expect everyone on our team to actively use AI every day.

 

At a minimum, you should already be comfortable working with:

 

* ChatGPT

* Claude

* Codex

 

We believe AI makes great people significantly more productive. If you rarely use AI or aren’t interested in integrating it into your daily work, this role probably isn’t the right fit.

 

The most important quality: Proactivity

 

This is more important than experience.

 

We don’t micromanage.

 

We don’t assign every task.

 

We expect you to think, notice, communicate, and take initiative.

 

That means:

 

* reminding clients before we’re asked;

* following up with candidates without waiting for instructions;

* asking questions when you’re blocked instead of waiting;

* noticing opportunities to improve our product or processes;

* bringing ideas instead of simply executing tasks.

 

We’d much rather hear:

 

“I noticed this could work better. Here’s what I suggest.”

 

than:

 

“Nobody asked me to do it.”

 

If you’re unsure what to do next, we don’t expect you to sit and wait. We expect you to ask, challenge, suggest, and keep things moving. We’d much rather answer a question than discover days later that nothing happened because no one asked.

 

This role isn’t for you if…

* You want a predictable corporate environment with clearly defined responsibilities and little change.
