    Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Researcher is responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with potential candidates aligned with INSART’s strategic hiring needs.

This role combines talent research with proactive candidate communication. The Researcher builds and maintains warm pipelines of both active and passive candidates, establishes trust-based relationships through written communication, and validates candidate fit before handing them over to Recruiters for screening interviews.

The Talent Acquisition Researcher acts as the first human touchpoint in the hiring funnel β€” ensuring that only relevant, interested, and pre-qualified candidates reach the formal screening stage.

    Team Composition

Head of People&Operations, 2 Talent Acquisition Specialists, Talent Acquisition Lead

    Expected Outcomes

    • Qualified Talent Pipelines

Structured talent pipelines created for priority roles (including candidate profiles, sourcing channels, and engagement status), reviewed and confirmed as relevant by Talent Acquisition Lead/Recruiter/Hiring Manager.

    • Pre-Screened Candidate Shortlists

Shortlists of candidates who meet agreed qualification criteria (skills, experience, seniority, market fit), submitted with pre-screening notes and sourcing context.

    • Sourcing-to-Hire Contribution

Actively contributes to successful hires by delivering high-quality, pre-screened candidates that progress through the hiring process.

    • Market & Role Insight

Provides market feedback that impacts hiring decisions (salary ranges, availability, skill gaps).

    Competencies

    • Talent Market Research & Mapping
Ability to identify where relevant talent exists, which companies to target, and which channels produce the best candidates.
    • Boolean & Advanced Sourcing Skills
Confident use of LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, professional communities, and search techniques to find hard-to-reach specialists.
    • Profile Evaluation & Matching
Ability to quickly assess CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and portfolios to determine alignment with role requirements and seniority level.
    • Structured Candidate Pre-screening
Can conduct short pre-screening interactions with candidates via messaging (LinkedIn, email, or other text channels) to validate motivation, availability, and key qualifications, and document findings clearly and consistently in the ATS.
    • Passive Candidate Engagement
Builds professional, trust-based relationships with passive talent and maintains long-term communication without being pushy.
    • Collaboration with Recruiters & Hiring Managers
Translates hiring needs into clear sourcing criteria and adapts pipelines based on feedback.
    • Clear Written Communication (English B2+)
Writes professional outreach messages and screening summaries that are clear, personalized, and engaging.
    • Goal & Outcome Orientation
Works with clear hiring priorities and measurable targets in mind, focuses on delivering qualified pipelines and shortlists on time, and adjusts sourcing strategies to achieve agreed hiring goals.
    • Ownership of Sourcing Outcomes
Treats sourcing outcomes as personal responsibility, not task completion.
    • Risk Identification & Transparency
Surfaces risks early to enable informed hiring decisions

    Interview Process

    1. Interview with Talent Acquisition Lead (45 minutes)
    2. Interview with Head of People&Operations (60 minutes)
    3. Pre-Offer Call (30 minutes)
