    Your future responsibilities:

    • Create comprehensive documentation, including system requirements documents, business process diagrams (BPMN, UML) and technical specifications to facilitate project understanding and implementation
    • Collaborate with project participants to collect, document, and prioritize business requirements for various project components
    • Analyze and evaluate current system architecture, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with project goals
    • Conduct data analysis and modeling to ensure data flow support and structures meet project objectives and reporting requirements
    • Analyze system integration points, ensuring smooth data exchange between various components and systems
    • Evaluate potential system solutions and make recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, and fit with project objectives
    • Develop use cases, user stories, and other artifacts to describe system behavior and interactions, providing clarity for developers and project participants
    • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure system changes are compliant and maintain high quality
    • Assist in change management activities by assessing the impact of proposed changes on systems, processes and stakeholders, and assist in communication and training activities
    • Develop templates and quality criteria for business and system analysis artifacts

    Your skills and experience:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business or systems analysis and/or product management
    • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
    • Formulation of high-level technical requirements and specifications for the software product
    • Mastery of process visualization tools Visio, Draw.io
    • Experience in building/rebuilding processes
    • High level of communication skills to communicate with various stakeholders and ability to explain technical concepts to users in simple language

    Will beβ€―aβ€―plus:

    • Understanding of financial monitoring processes or experience in this area
    • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations
    • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python
    • Understanding and experience with APIs and web services
    • Language: English (Upper-Intermediate, B2 β€” will be an advantage)
    • Education: Completed higher education (additional specialized education will be an advantage)

    Position Overview
    We are seeking a strong Business Analyst with Project Management experience (or ambition to move into PM) who can also participate in pre-sales activities and support early-stage client engagements. At Sprinterra, BAs play a key part in shaping our projects from requirements discovery and scope clarification to coordinating the team and supporting delivery.

    You will work on small-to-mid-sized projects, ensuring that client needs are fully understood, clearly documented, and translated into actionable tasks for the development team. This role acts as the bridge between business goals and technical execution, helping the team stay aligned, organized, and focused on delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
    • Translate business needs into clear, structured artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specs).
    • Work closely with designers, developers, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
    • Validate final deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and align with defined requirements.
    • Manage scope, priorities, and delivery schedules for small-to-mid-size projects.
    • Facilitate sprint planning, daily syncs, backlog grooming, and release planning.
    • Track project risks, blockers, dependencies, and communicate them proactively to stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
    • Experience on Team Lead or Project Manager position.
    • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM (sprint ceremonies, backlog management, estimation practices, team collaboration).
    • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems, structure information, and propose practical solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills.
