Your future responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) throughout the product development process.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation in accordance with project management methodologies such as Scrum and Waterfall.

This is a deeply embedded, client-facing role: you will sit at the intersection of business stakeholders, the UX team, and multiple technical teams, translating stakeholder needs into feasible, well-scoped requirements.

• Work directly with client stakeholders across many departments to elicit, understand, and document their needs.
• Define and map current state vs. future state processes as part of a major modernization effort.
