Business Analyst (Magento)

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with deep technical knowledge of Magento to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional systems. You won't just document requirements — you will actively assist with setting up Magento configurations, guiding store setup, and ensuring the final solution perfectly aligns with the client’s operational and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Requirement Engineering: Gather, analyze, and translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and store setup scope.
• Hands-on Magento Configuration: Set up Magento admin panel configurations, configure native modules, tax rules, payment/shipping gateways, and store views to meet client specifications.
• Client Consultation & Solution Design: Advise clients on Magento’s native capabilities, best practices, and off-the-shelf vs. custom module tradeoffs to optimize their business processes.
• Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and dev teams to ensure technical solutions address underlying commercial goals.

• Validation & Support: Participate in acceptance testing, ensure solution accuracy against requirements, and assist clients during the launch phase.

   

Requirements & Qualifications

• Languages:
  • Fluent Polish (Professional working/conversational proficiency required for client communication).
  • Fluent English (Professional working/conversational proficiency required for internal & external collaboration).
• Magento Expertise: Strong technical and functional understanding of Magento (Adobe Commerce / Open Source), including key architecture concepts, core modules, data structures, admin panel capabilities, and configuration workflows.
• Business Orientation: Proven track record of translating real-world e-commerce requirements into structured Magento solutions.
• Hands-on Mindset: Capability to directly perform and oversee store configurations rather than just creating passive documentation.

• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
