    In this role, you will work closely with finance, operations, payments, and product teams, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting the development of effective ERP solutions.

     

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across finance, operations, payments, and product teams.
    • Be responsible for end-to-end financial workflows for high-load transactional products, including operations and finance analytics and reporting.
    • Define functional specifications for the Finance ERP system.
    • Collaborate with developers, architects, and system integrators to shape requirements, data models, and diagrams.
    • Lead stakeholder sessions to map business processes and identify system needs.
    • Document system behavior, workflows, data dictionaries, and training materials for ERP end users.
    • Stay informed of regulatory, tax, and operational changes that impact financial systems.

       

    It’s a match if you have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ERP or finance systems.
    • Experience working with high-volume transactional systems.

    Requirements

     

    • At least 4 years in a Systems Analyst role and fluency in spoken English;
    • Good theoretical and practical knowledge of BA/SA methodologies and tools - to choose the right approach for each complex case;
    • Ability to write concise, clear, and structured user stories in the rule-oriented format;
    • Proven skill in documenting and diagramming complex flows (hundreds of elements), in order to make sophisticated systems understandable and maintainable;
    • Familiarity with relational databases, to analyze data structures and identify the right points for change;
    • Experience defining and implementing complex API integrations: Payment Service Providers, video streaming platforms, and other;
    • Strong interpersonal skills and experience navigating complex stakeholder structures - to align diverse perspectives into one consistent solution;
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - for a strong analytical and technical foundation;

       

    Would be a plus

     

    • Experience working on AI-driven products (AI agents, or AI workflows) is highly desirable, or a strong understanding of agentic systems, prompting, and evals;
    • Familiarity with Mobile platforms and experience delivering applications from concept to successful App Store launch;

       

    What will you do

     

    • Prepare user stories / change requests based on the guidance from the Product team and Business stakeholders:
      • analyze the current state (As-Is) as well as impact analysis (To-Be) and identify gaps;
      • prepare or modify existing BMPN diagrams to supplement specifications;
      • thoroughly polish user stories to cover every little detail to minimize product defects;
    • Work with the Engineering team during all SDLC stages to clarify the goal, requirements, corner-case scenarios, relevant test cases, etc.

    • Act as the primary business owner for Touchpoint, our in-house marketing automation platform.
    • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Branding, Finance, and Engineering to gather, refine, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Ensure CRM capabilities evolve to support AI-driven segmentation, personalization, and retention use cases.

    Support for Emerging Businesses & New Use Cases (20%)

    • Support CRM communication requirements for emerging businesses (e.g., Fount), including onboarding flows, lifecycle messaging, and experimentation.

    CRM Experimentation, Optimization & Cost Efficiency (30%)

    • Partner with CRM and Branding teams to define, execute, and analyze A/B tests aimed at improving engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
    • Continuously optimize email and SMS workflows to reduce messaging costs while maintaining or improving business performance (e.g. retention).
    • Use data and experimentation results to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions.

    Vendor & Third-Party Coordination (5%)

    • Act as the liaison with third-party messaging providers (e.g., Twilio).
    • Coordinate feature requests, issue resolution, and roadmap dependencies with external partners.
    • Support vendor performance reviews and cost optimization initiatives.

    Planning, Prioritization & Delivery Management (25%)

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, negotiate, and prioritize quarterly OKRs for the CRM development team.
    • Translate business priorities into clear, actionable backlog items.
    • Identify and resolve implementation blockers.
    • Run cross-functional status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

     

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis and/or Business Analysis and/or Product Manager including end-to-end business requirements identification and gathering.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms and designing/supporting email and SMS workflows.
    • Familiarity with lifecycle messaging, segmentation, and experimentation concepts.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Creating comprehensive and robust documentation and requirements that align with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases and meet the customers' specific needs

    What you’ll need

    • 4+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst
    • Experience working on mobile-first or mobile product environments
    • Proficiency in English (advanced level)
    • Strong requirements elicitation skills using BA elicitation techniques (interview, document analysis, prototyping, observation, requirements workshops, brainstorming, etc.)
    • Understanding of requirements' classification (business, stakeholder, solution) and ability to communicate them to stakeholders
