The Engagement

We are looking for a Lead Security Analyst to join a specific, time-bound project: an independent security audit of did:webvh v1.0 — the decentralized identity protocol at the core of e-id infrastructure. 

The audit covers four areas:

• Cryptographic analysis of the did:webvh v1.0 specification (SCID derivation, entry hash chains, EdDSA/Ed25519, key lifecycle)
• Security assessment of the integration context (OID4VCI, OID4VP, SD-JWT VC, Trust Registry)
• Source code review of two open-source components: DID-Toolbox (Java) and DID-Resolver (Rust)

• STRIDE-based threat modelling and comparison against the existing threat model

   

What You Need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cryptographic security analysis and protocol auditing — not penetration testing of web apps, not cloud hardening. Protocol and cryptography work specifically.
• Real experience reading and auditing cryptographic specifications — finding logical flaws, not just implementation bugs
• Java code review for security — static analysis tools and manual review
• Rust code review for security — unsafe blocks, memory safety, concurrency issues
• Familiarity with decentralized identity standards: DID methods, Verifiable Credentials, W3C stack. Existing knowledge of did:web or did:webvh is a strong plus.
• Experience building STRIDE threat models on real engagements

• Ability to produce structured security reports with CVSS scoring for both technical and non-technical audiences

This role is all about reality checks. You’ll systematically align our product with what customers and commercial teams actually experience.

What You Will Own

— Customer feedback loop: Structured system connecting Sales, Merchant Ops, and Integration insights directly into product discovery and planning

— Product context from the field: Translating sales demos and merchant interactions into actionable product intelligence (what works, customer expectations, objections)

— Scalable processes: Clear frameworks for product involvement in custom solutions, demos, and merchant initiatives — replacing ad-hoc coordination with repeatable systems

— Feature rollout: Controlled deployment of new features to existing customers, including timing, communication, feedback collection, and iteration

— Team management & development: Design & Tech Writing teams

— Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Product UX, or Product Design Operations, driving complex initiatives from idea to impact.
— Experience working closely with product designers, UX, and product managers — not only with engineering teams

— A track record of building, improving, or scaling product processes that actually work — and keep working as teams grow

We are looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in cloud architecture and modern DevOps practices to lead the design and scaling of our cloud-native infrastructure.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role combining strategic architecture with execution. You’ll drive infrastructure decisions, improve system reliability, and build scalable, automated environments using AWS and Kubernetes.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available architectures on AWS
• Lead infrastructure and DevOps best practices across engineering teams
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes-based systems, including autoscaling with KEDA
• Optimize and scale CI/CD pipelines for speed and reliability
• Implement monitoring, observability, and incident response processes
• Drive cost optimization and performance improvements in cloud environments
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on system design and deployment workflows
• Mentor and support other DevOps engineers

Requirements (Must Have)

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS (networking, IAM, security, core services)
• Advanced experience with Terraform at scale
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Hands-on experience with KEDA (Kubernetes Event-Driven Autoscaling)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and reliability
• English — C1+
• Russian — C1+

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
• Background in platform engineering or internal developer platforms
• Experience with GitOps practices
• Knowledge of DevSecOps / security best practices
• Previous experience in a Principal or Lead role
