About the role

• Monitor, debug, and optimize workflows for reliability and scalability

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience with n8n
• Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and JSON
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript
• Experience applying LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents in real workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot, improve, and maintain production-ready automations
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform

• Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Create content for e-mail, SMS, Push, Viber, WhatsApp;
• Write texts for promotions, tournaments, bonus programs;
• Work with lendings - description of bonuses, terms and conditions, new games;
• Prepare scripts and texts for gamification (missions, Challenges, wheels of fortune);
• Develop content strategy to engage and retain players;
• Analyze competitors and content trends in iGaming and betting;
• Work in conjunction with CRM-marketers, designers and SMM-department;
• Writing texts in Russian and Kazakh languages.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a content manager (preferably in gambling, betting, iGaming);
• Knowledge of the peculiarities of content for casinos and sports betting;
• Ability to write sales texts (headlines, offerers, promo descriptions);
• Experience with CMS - content creation and updating;
• Basic skills in Figma;
• Ability to write content for different channels (lendings, e-mail, Telegram, push and other).

The mission of this role is to build and scale the B2C growth engine and drive revenue growth through acquisition, conversion, and organic channels.

The working schedule is full-time (8 hours/day), with at least 6 hours of overlap with CET business hours.

Important! It’s a ontract-based cooperation with the opportunity to transition to long-term collaboration after 6 months based on performance.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Optimize marketing funnels and conversion rates to increase user acquisition and convert trial users into paying customers;
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta;
• Focus on scaling acquisition channels (SEO, paid ads, referrals) as the main growth driver;
• Transform the existing video content library into high-performing short-form content for platforms such as TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts;
• Manage and scale paid marketing budgets with a performance-first approach (no strict limits if campaigns show positive ROI);
• Build and maintain marketing analytics systems to track and report performance;
• Collaborate directly with the founder and participate in monthly strategy reviews to define growth direction.

Needed experience & skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in B2C growth marketing (EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based products preferred);
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher (French is a plus);
• Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO);
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns;
• Experience with SEO strategy development and content-driven growth;
• Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO);
• Experience working with marketing analytics and performance tracking;
