Senior Pre-sale Business Analyst
About the role
AI and agentic systems are changing how companies build software. Many clients can now build a simple app on their own with AI tools. What they need is a partner who understands their business, sees where AI and automation create real value, and proposes a solution that makes sense for them.
We are rethinking how we work with potential clients, and we are looking for a Senior Pre-sale Business Analyst to join our team and become part of this change. You will drive the pre-sale process and act as a business consultant for our clients.
What you will do
Pre-sales and discovery
- Lead discovery with new leads: stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business goals, constraints and opportunities for AI and automation
- Design solution options and MVP scope, backed by a clear business case, high-level requirements, assumptions and risks
- Build quick demos and prototypes with AI and no-code tools to show clients what is possible
- Prepare commercial offers together with Sales and Delivery, and present them to clients
Sales process improvement
- Formulate and test hypotheses on how we work with leads and use the results to shape our approach
- Turn our project experience and AI expertise into clear, reusable offers, case studies and templates
Try new AI tools first-hand and share what matters with the team
What we expect
- 5+ years in IT, including solid experience as a Business Analyst: requirements elicitation, decomposition and prioritization, process modelling, wireframing and solution documentation
- Hands-on experience in pre-sales and discovery, and a good understanding of how B2B sales work in IT services
- Experience in a product company or on a long-term outsourcing project; strong product thinking and the ability to dive deep into a clientβs business problems
- Daily, practical AI fluency (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, agentic workflows, prompt engineering): you follow new releases, have built something yourself (an agent, an automation, an open-source setup or a no-code prototype) and understand what AI can and cannot do today
- Good understanding of software architecture and integrations
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills; confident with C-level stakeholders
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher, fluent in spoken business communication
- Proactive, result-oriented, comfortable with uncertainty and ready for challenging tasks
Readiness for occasional business trips
Nice to have
- Consulting background is a strong plus
- Experience on AI / ML / LLM projects or AI-related pre-sales
- Experience in consulting or in a Product Owner / Product Manager role
- Experience improving a sales or pre-sales process
