We are seeking a Senior SAP Royalty Management Consultant to act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP Royalty Management, with a strong focus on 3rd Party Legal Licensing and Intercompany (ICO) Royalty Management processes.

This is a highly specialized techno-functional role requiring deep integration knowledge across Settlement Management, FI/CO, Tax, SAP BI/BW, and ABAP. The consultant will independently drive solution design, implementation, validation, support, and continuous improvement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as SME for SAP Settlement Management in the area of Royalty Management
• Take end-to-end responsibility for 3rd Party Legal Licensing and ICO Royalty processes
• Lead implementation, validation, and operational business support
• Support FI/CO and Tax-related Royalty Management topics
• Manage input/output tax, extended withholding tax, and intercompany transaction flows
• Provide support for half-yearly SOX audits
• Support operational reporting for Legal Licensing and ICO Royalty
• Work with:

  • SAP BI / BW reporting
• Configure IP Owners for ICO Royalty
• Perform regular data quality checks for distribution into:

Mandatory skills and experience

• 8+ years of SAP experience
• Experience level equivalent to Application Consulting – E5 (Chief Consultant)
• German language proficiency at C2 level
