Remote Phone Sales Specialist (Customer Retention), USA

Location: Remote (must be physically located in an eligible U.S. state)

We're a sweepstakes gaming company growing our phone sales team. We're hiring two driven sales professionals to reach out to players who have already signed up on our platform.
 

About the role
This is a sales role, not customer support. You'll call a ready-made list of registered users, share current promotions and bonuses, and guide them toward their next step on the platform. If you're confident on the phone, quick to build rapport, and motivated by results, you'll do well here.
 

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to registered users from a prepared contact list
• Present current offers, promotions, and bonuses
• Handle objections and keep conversations positive and engaging
• Move customers toward the target action
• Take inbound calls from customers who call back
• Follow company scripts and internal processes
• Hit performance targets once the KPI system is in place
   

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of sales experience, ideally by phone (telesales, inside sales, outbound or call center sales, customer retention)
• Fluent, confident spoken English for calls with U.S. customers
• Strong objection-handling skills and an easy way of connecting with people
• An energetic, results-focused attitude
• Physical location in an eligible U.S. state (see below)
   

Nice to have

• Background in iGaming, casino, or sweepstakes. Not required, since we provide product training.
   

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time
• Three 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch
• Virtual office: camera and screen sharing on during work hours

We are looking for a Sales Manager who does more than "close deals": someone who can build a sales funnel, bring in new partners, and nurture and develop client relationships from the very start of the collaboration.

What you will focus on:

• Actively finding and attracting new B2B clients (iGaming operators, aggregators)
• Building and managing the sales funnel, from first contact to signed agreement
• Leading negotiations, presenting the product and preparing commercial proposals
• Supporting clients through onboarding and the first months of cooperation, and ensuring a high-quality launch
• Maintaining relationships with key partners and identifying upsell opportunities at an early stage
• Attending industry conferences and networking events to generate leads
• Analysing the market: monitoring trends, competitors and potential geos for expansion
• Coordinating with the account management team when handing clients over for long-term support
• Preparing sales plans and forecasts for new deals

Who we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in sales or business development in iGaming B2B (account management experience is a plus)
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals
• The ability to build long-term client relationships, not just one-off deals
• Proactivity: you generate your own leads and build your own pipeline
• English at Upper-Intermediate+ level (spoken and written)
