Sales Manager (Web3)

We develop a non-custodial crypto wallet platform for PSPs, fintechs, and crypto businesses, helping them securely manage digital assets through transaction automation, treasury management, and API integrations.

As we enter a new growth phase, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive global expansion. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with payment companies, PSPs and other companies operating in the crypto space.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with PSPs, payment and other companies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Understand client pain points, business needs, and industry challenges.
• Present and position our solutions as a strategic answer to clients' business goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions for clients.
• Support account development and client retention initiatives.

• Expand our presence across international markets.

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in web3/crypto industry
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset infrastructure
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel and attend industry events.

• English proficiency - B2/C1 level (mandatory).
