We are DRCT — a travel-tech product company building SaaS solutions for the aviation industry. We help travel agencies and airlines access flight content more easily, automate workflows, and increase profitability through modern technology.
 

Since 2016, we’ve grown from a Ukrainian startup into an international group of companies operating across Poland, Saudi Arabia, the Baltics, and other European markets.
 

Now we are looking for someone to join our team and take an active role in growing our presence in the Polish market.
 

What you will do:
 

• Learn DRCT products and how the aviation industry works.
• Proactively reach out to travel agents (outbound) and schedule demos.
• Work with email sequences and handle objections.
• Present the product to potential clients and drive contract signings.
• Onboard new clients.
• Persuade clients to start actively using the product.
• Support clients with any ongoing issues they may have.
• Upsell current partners to connect new channels and use other DRCT products.
   

Requirements:
 

• Polish advanced speaking skills: 
  You can confidently communicate with clients in Polish and clearly deliver value.
• Based in Warsaw:
  You are currently located in Warsaw and available for in-person meetings with customers.
• 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales:
  You know where to find leads, how to approach them, and feel confident in outbound — it motivates you rather than drains you.
• Strong ownership mentality: 
  You`re able to take responsibility for your actions, leads, and performance. You care about the final result, not just completing tasks.
• Active and high-energy: 
  You are easy to talk to, build rapport quickly, and bring positive, confident energy into every interaction.
• Interested in the aviation field:
  You are curious about the aviation industry, care about what you sell, and are ready to learn a complex product domain.
• Fast learner and self-educator:
  You quickly deep dive into new topics, independently search for answers, and adapt fast in complex environments.
• Highly responsible and disciplined:
  You can take responsibility and pay attention to detail.
• Communicative and empathetic:
  You can deeply understand the problems each client is facing and address them with a personalized approach.
   

Will be a big plus:
 

• Ukrainian advanced speaking skills.
• Passion for startups and technology.
• Experience in the aviation ticketing field (GDS, NDC).

About Us

BimBimPet LLC is a growing e-commerce company specializing in pet products. We build direct partnerships with brands and sell across Amazon, Walmart, and BimBimPet.com.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to acquire new brands and develop existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and contact potential brands through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.

• Build and manage a pipeline of new brand opportunities.

• Negotiate and onboard new brands.

• Develop existing brand relationships and contracts.

• Negotiate better pricing, discounts, payment terms, and commercial conditions.

• Work toward securing exclusive partnerships.

• Expand brands across Amazon, Walmart, and BimBimPet.com.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with brand partners.

KPIs

• New B2B partnerships acquired

• Revenue generated from acquired brands

• Additional discounts and improved terms negotiated

• Calls and emails completed

• Existing partnerships developed to higher levels

Compensation & Bonus

• Base Salary: $750/month

• 1% of net sales generated from each new brand successfully onboarded.

• The 1% commission is paid for 12 months per brand, starting from the first purchase order.

• Bonuses are calculated and paid monthly.

• Expected total earnings: approximately $850–$1,000+ per month, depending on performance.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Armenia Time

• Full-time, remote

• 8 working hours + 1-hour separate break

• 3-month probationary period

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with calls, emails, and business meetings

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or brand partnerships is preferred

Обов’язки:

• Кваліфікація лідів та їх передача в роботу сейлс-команді.
• Пінгування клієнтів (нагадування про компанію, підтримка контакту).
• Допомога сейлс-менеджерам у виконанні адміністративних і стратегічних завдань.
• Збір відгуків від клієнтів для покращення сервісу та продукту.
• Прозвон конкурентів для збору інформації про їхні пропозиції, стратегії та умови.
• Робота з CRM-системами та оновлення інформації про клієнтів.
• Взаємодія з маркетинговмаркетинговою командою для покращення лідогенерації та оптимізації воронки продажів.
• Аналіз ринку та конкурентного середовища для виявлення нових можливостей.
• Підготовка звітності та аналітики щодо лідів і ефективності комунікацій.
• Участь у внутрішніх мітингах та стратегічних обговореннях щодо розвитку продажів.

• Англійська мова — від Upper-Intermediate і вище.
• Досвід роботи у сфері продажів, pre-sales, customer support (буде перевагою).
• Вміння ефективно комунікувати та вести переговори.
• Проактивність, відповідальність та організованість.
• Аналітичне мислення та навички збору інформації.
• Досвід роботи з CRM-системами (HubSpot, Salesforce або аналогами) — бажано.
