Remote Phone Sales Specialist (Customer Retention), USA

Location: Remote (must be physically located in an eligible U.S. state)
Type: Full-time, independent contractor (B2B)
Pay: $3,000/month, plus KPI-based performance pay and bonuses after the probation period
 

About us
We're a sweepstakes gaming company growing our phone sales team. We're hiring two driven sales professionals to reach out to players who have already signed up on our platform.
 

About the role
This is a sales role, not customer support. You'll call a ready-made list of registered users, share current promotions and bonuses, and guide them toward their next step on the platform. If you're confident on the phone, quick to build rapport, and motivated by results, you'll do well here.
 

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to registered users from a prepared contact list
• Present current offers, promotions, and bonuses
• Handle objections and keep conversations positive and engaging
• Move customers toward the target action
• Take inbound calls from customers who call back
• Follow company scripts and internal processes
• Hit performance targets once the KPI system is in place
   

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of sales experience, ideally by phone (telesales, inside sales, outbound or call center sales, customer retention)
• Fluent, confident spoken English for calls with U.S. customers
• Strong objection-handling skills and an easy way of connecting with people
• An energetic, results-focused attitude
• Physical location in an eligible U.S. state (see below)
   

Nice to have

• Background in iGaming, casino, or sweepstakes. Not required, since we provide product training.
   

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time
• Three 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch
• Virtual office: camera and screen sharing on during work hours

• $3,000 per month, with the company covering applicable income tax on top
• KPI system and extra bonuses after probation
