Що потрібно буде робити

• Залучати SMB-організаторів, для яких події вже є бізнесом або можуть ним стати: студії, клуби, комʼюніті-лідерів, локальні бренди, івенторів, якірні локації та інших гравців, які регулярно збирають людей.
• Самостійно будувати повний sales cycle: пошук, сегментація, перший контакт, зустріч, демо, робота із запереченнями, закриття та активація.
• Проводити кастдеви. У нас це одночасно продаж і дослідження: те, що ми чуємо від організаторів, прямо впливає на тарифи, фічі та позиціонування продукту.
• Відвідувати релевантні події, знайомитися з організаторами та перетворювати офлайн-контакти на якісний pipeline.
• Будувати мережу залучення в нових містах і надалі координувати city ambassadors.
• Проєктувати та вести CRM-систему, відстежувати конверсії, якість pipeline і причини втрат.
• Тестувати й адаптувати скрипти, меседжі, сегменти та канали на основі даних.
• Регулярно приносити команді структуровані інсайти з ринку.

Що важливо з досвіду

• 2+ роки в B2B-продажах повного циклу: самостійно шукав клієнтів, вів перемовини та закривав угоди.
• Досвід роботи з коротким sales cycle — орієнтовно від одного тижня до одного місяця.
• Досвід продажів власникам малого бізнесу або self-employed аудиторії: креаторам, організаторам, локальним брендам, студіям чи комʼюніті.
• Підтверджені результати в цифрах: план і факт, конверсії воронки, середній чек, тривалість циклу та особистий внесок.

We are currently transforming our sales function into a scalable, data-driven, AI- and automation-powered sales engine. We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy through an AI- and automation-enabled sales system.

The role combines outbound campaign execution, AI-assisted prospect communication, lead qualification, sales calls, closing, and account management.

The person will work with strategy and campaign requirements provided by Marketing, use existing AI agents and automation workflows, apply commercial judgment to their outputs, and turn qualified opportunities into clients and long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound campaigns based on Marketing-defined strategy and requirements, owning campaign setup, execution, pipeline progression, conversion, and closing.
• Use AI and automation for prospect research, communication, qualification, replies, follow-ups, and repetitive sales activities. Review outputs critically and step in personally when human judgment, direct communication, or negotiation is needed.
• Orchestrate and improve AI agents by adjusting prompts, instructions, context, examples, and workflow logic. Identify opportunities for new agents or automations and create them independently when possible or work with the Automation team on more complex implementations.
• Conduct discovery and sales calls, understand client needs, present relevant staffing and recruitment services, handle objections and commercial discussions, and move opportunities toward closing.
• Manage client relationships after closing, coordinate handover to delivery, maintain regular communication, identify risks and changing needs, and look for repeat business and account expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data, track agreed sales KPIs, and provide Marketing and Automation teams with feedback on lead quality, ICP accuracy, messaging, objections, market response, and workflow performance.

Required Competencies

• Minimum 3+ years of strong B2B service sales experience with international clients.
• Strong proficiency in English (C1 or strong B2 level) is required.
• Experience managing opportunities from outbound communication through qualification, sales calls, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience with LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines.
• Practical experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools in professional workflows.
• Ability to critically evaluate and improve AI-generated research, messages, replies, and recommendations.
• Ability to work with structured AI agents, automation, and no-code workflows.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to adapt communication to each prospect and situation.

About Us

BimBimPet LLC is a growing e-commerce company specializing in pet products. We build direct partnerships with brands and sell across Amazon, Walmart, and BimBimPet.com.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to acquire new brands and develop existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and contact potential brands through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.

• Build and manage a pipeline of new brand opportunities.

• Negotiate and onboard new brands.

• Develop existing brand relationships and contracts.

• Negotiate better pricing, discounts, payment terms, and commercial conditions.

• Base Salary: $750/month

• 1% of net sales generated from each new brand successfully onboarded.
