• Marktpräsenz: Repräsentation von Syteca als Markenbotschafter auf regionalen Fachmessen, Cybersecurity-Meetups und speziellen Partnerveranstaltungen.
• RFP-/RFI-Bearbeitung: Bereitstellung detaillierter und präziser technischer Inhalte für Ausschreibungen (RFP – Request for Proposal) und Informationsanfragen (RFI – Request for Information).
• Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Produktmanagement, Support und Marketing, um eine abgestimmte und erfolgreiche Go-to-Market-Strategie sicherzustellen.

• Reisedynamik Erwartung und Umfang: Bereitschaft zu Reisen im Umfang von etwa 20 % der Arbeitszeit pro Monat. Die Reisetätigkeit konzentriert sich vor allem auf wichtige persönliche Geschäftstermine mit hoher Wirkung, darunter die Teilnahme an Branchenkonferenzen, Besuche strategischer Partner sowie gemeinsame Vor-Ort-Termine mit Endkunden, um den Vertriebsprozess zu beschleunigen und Geschäftsabschlüsse zu fördern.

   

Qualifikation

Fachliche Qualifikationen/Persönliche Kompetenze

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder adäquat fundierte praktische Ausbildung
• 2+ Jahre nachweisliche Erfolge im B2B-Technologieumfeld (Erfahrung in den Bereichen Cybersicherheit, IAM/PAM oder SaaS-Infrastruktur ist von großem Vorteil).
• Ein starkes und aktives Netzwerk etablierter IT-Distributoren, Reseller und Systemintegratoren im deutschen Markt.
• Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs-, Präsentations- und Beziehungsmanagementfähigkeiten. 
• Tiefgehendes technisches Verständnis im Bereich IT-Security, speziell CyberSecurity

• Deutsch als Muttersprache oder auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (schriftlich und mündlich) ist erforderlich. Darüber hinaus werden professionelle Englischkenntnisse vorausgesetzt.

• Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing
• Build your own outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, Telegram, referrals, and events
• Run discovery calls, present our solution, negotiate, and close deals
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in the iGaming industry
