Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an ambitious International Sales Manager who can successfully combine active B2B client acquisition with professional account management. You will work with international companies, develop accounts, build long-term relationships, and directly influence the company’s financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and attract new clients, expanding the contact base.
- Manage client accounts: identify client needs and provide optimal solutions.
- Build long-term partnerships and support clients at all stages of cooperation.
- Handle objections, consult clients on company services, and create tailored commercial proposals.
- Achieve sales goals and meet KPIs.
- Organize and manage your sales pipeline in CRM.
- Communicate via messengers, phone calls, emails, and specialized platforms.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or proven experience in the VoIP industry.
- English proficiency at B2+ level (for international communication).
- Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian (required for client communication).
- Confident in using CRM systems and quick to adapt to new tools.
- Strong skills in negotiation, active listening, and objection handling.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Ambitious to grow professionally, with the potential to lead a team in the future.
