    • 1 year in IT outsourcing or consulting sales 
    • Experience in full-cycle sales, using Upwork or LinkedIn
    • Understanding technologies as Node.js., React, WordPress, and Laravel
    • Knowledge of IT services and industry trends
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Objection-handling expertise
    • Proficiency in CRM tools to track and manage sales activities efficiently

    Duties & Responsibilities 💼

    • Identify and close new business opportunities

    • Proactively work on internal sales tasks to improve processes and optimize sales operations
