Business Developer (Crypto)

     Requirements

• Proven experience in business development in crypto casinos, iGaming, crypto marketing, or crypto-native projects;
• Solid understanding of the Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystem;
• Established network in the crypto or iGaming space is a big plus;
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
• Self-starter mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment;

• Fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian.

   

   

  Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies for a new crypto-based iGaming product;
• Identify and build long-term partnerships with affiliates, platforms, and service providers in the crypto and iGaming ecosystems;
• Monitor market trends and competitors to find new business opportunities;
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to align business goals and market positioning;
• Attend crypto and iGaming conferences to expand the product’s visibility and network;
• Drive revenue through partnership negotiations, affiliate deals, and cross-promotions;
• Represent the brand in Web3, DeFi, and iGaming communities.
