Business Development / Account Manager

We're hiring on behalf of our client β a trusted Ukrainian IT company with over 10 years of expertise and a strong presence across 35+ global markets.
The company specializes in delivering CRM/ERP systems, as well as custom web and mobile solutions for international clients.
They are currently expanding their client-facing team and looking for a strategic, result-oriented Account Managerwho can drive growth, build long-term partnerships, and confidently navigate C-level communication.
π§© Your Role Will Include
- Selling the companyβs IT services and closing deals with decision-makers (C-level)
- Managing existing accounts, handling upsells, and nurturing client relationships
- Coordinating with internal Tech Leads and delivery teams
- Participating in market research and representing the company at industry events
β What Weβre Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in business development or account management in IT or tech-related services
- Strong client communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- A strategic, analytical, and proactive mindset
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
