• 1+ years of experience in tracking setups (as advantage)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit;
• 3+ years of experience in practical PE accounting, servicing 50+ PEs;
• Experience working with Private Entrepreneurs registered under the laws of foreign countries (an advantage);

🤓 Key Responsibilities:
 

• Managing the full lifecycle of Private Entrepreneur (PE) operations, including record-keeping from registration to closure;
• Preparing supporting documentation for foreign customers/clients, such as agreements, invoices, and statements of work;
• Calculating income and preparing/submitting quarterly and annual PE reports to tax authorities;
• Calculating and monitoring timely payment of tax obligations related to entrepreneurial activities;
• Supporting and mentoring PEs on all aspects of current Ukrainian legislation related to entrepreneurial activity, and providing updates on relevant changes;
• Communicating with other business departments, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
