Partnerships and Business Development Manager (Ukraine-based)
About Angels for Ukraine
Angels for Ukraine is a US-based nonprofit supporting Ukraine by sourcing and delivering humanitarian aid from around the world. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, we have partnered with local and international organizations to send critically needed supplies — including medical equipment, protective gear, and civilian aid — directly to those on the ground in Ukraine.
We are expanding our efforts and looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to help grow our network of partners and increase the flow of aid to Ukraine.

- Conduct negotiations to secure partnerships and donations of humanitarian aid
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners — foundations, charities, corporate CSR teams, logistics providers, etc.
- Coordinate closely with our US-based leadership and Ukraine-based team on needs and priorities
- Monitor the humanitarian aid market, staying informed about available resources, key players, and new opportunities
- Represent Angels for Ukraine in online and offline meetings and events
Requirements:
- Based in Ukraine (remote work format)
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — able to confidently conduct negotiations in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset
- Experience in business development, partnerships, fundraising, or a related field (experience in humanitarian/nonprofit sector would be a plus)
- Passion for the mission and readiness to help Ukraine on the international level
What we offer:
- Opportunity to make a real impact — every partnership you build will help save lives
- Dynamic and meaningful work with an international team
- Flexible working hours, fully remote
- Chance to develop your international networking and business development skills in the humanitarian space
