Responsibilities:
๐น Full-cycle recruiting: from candidate sourcing to hiring.
๐น Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.
๐น Utilizing various sourcing channels, including professional networks and social
media.
๐น Conducting interviews and assessing candidates competencies.
๐น Maintaining a positive company image in the job market.
Requirements:
๐ธ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT, FinTech or iGaming.
๐ธ In-depth knowledge of contemporary recruitment methodologies and tools.
๐ธ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
๐ธ Proficiency in English B2 level or higher.
