Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, deeply understands recruitment processes, and is eager to grow alongside the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle of recruiting process: collecting requirements, forming vacancies, sourcing, conducting HR interviews, etc.;
- Create and post job descriptions on the company’s website, relevant job boards, social media channels, and the LinkedIn platform;
- Actively source and engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels;
- Keep in touch with the candidates during the recruiting process, share the feedback;
- Create and maintain a pool of potential candidates;
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to improve the hiring process;
Manage the pre-boarding and onboarding process.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment;
- Strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles;
- Deep understanding of search strategies, knowledge of tools, desire to learn and try new ones;
- Experience in using HR-systems;
- High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes independently;
- An extensive network of contacts in professional, social networks;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills;
Excellent Russian language skills and advanced English knowledge (B2 level).
