GRIT Leaders is a global digital agency helping iGaming brands grow through SEO, link building, and brand strategies.
We’re looking for a Part-time Recruiter to join our team and help us scale with the right talent.

Responsibilities:
Full cycle recruiting: from intake to offer

Search for specialists of different levels (link builders, SEO, content specialists)

Search, selection and communication with candidates

Managing the flow of candidates and keeping records up to date

Coordinate interviews and coordinate with the hiring team

✅ Requirements:
1+ year of recruiting experience (preferably in digital)

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

English language level - at least B1 (intermediate)

It is nice to have

Experience in recruitment for iGaming projects
