We’re hiring a detail-oriented Development Support Coordinator to support our software development leadership team. This role is primarily clerical and organizational, focused on documentation, ticket hygiene, and administrative support.

Core Tasks

• Maintain and format knowledge base and internal documentation
• Clean up and update tickets in Azure DevOps (statuses, titles, descriptions)
• Perform light data entry and record-keeping
• Assist management with follow-ups, summaries, and admin tasks
• Keep internal systems accurate, consistent, and organized

Requirements

• Excellent written English
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable with task systems and documentation tools
• Reliable, process-oriented, and able to follow instructions

Growth Note

This is an assistant role, not a Project Manager position. That said, for someone who performs well, takes initiative, and wants more responsibility over time, growth into broader responsibilities is possible.

We are looking for a Robotic Process Automation Specialist who is ready to go beyond standard RPA maintenance. This role combines support + active development, offering you the opportunity to work with new automation technologies enhanced with AI, influence how they evolve, and help global PwC clients transform their processes.

What you will do:

• Take ownership of rebuilding, enhancing, and maintaining automation solutions built in UiPath, Power Automate and other RPA tools.
• Work not only with existing robots but also contribute to the development of new automation modules, integrating AI‑based components and modern tech capabilities.
• Handle transition of newly developed solutions into operations: bug fixing, performance optimization, adjusting execution schedules, and delivering activity reports.
• Dive deep into clients’ operational challenges and help them turn their business processes into smart, automated workflows.
• Learn to configure/code business logic and automation objects — and apply these skills directly in live client environments.
• Work on creating or updating both business and technical documentation.
• Communicate with clients and internal RPA teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and professional delivery.

Core Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of VBA and/or SQL.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• English level at B2 and above for efficient communication.
• Hands-on experience with any programming language.
• Understanding of APIs and ability to work with integrations.
• Flexible, eager to learn, and motivated to work with modern AI-driven automation technologies.
• Proactive, responsible, and collaborative team player with good organizational skills.

Would be beneficial:

• Basic knowledge of .NET / C#.
• Experience with UiPath, Power Automate or other RPA tools.
