Overview

We are a US-based investment management platform seeking a part-time Marketing Automation Developer to help us integrate, automate, and streamline workflows across platforms like HubSpot, WhatsApp Business API, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Google Sheets, and more.

You’ll be the first hire focused exclusively on automation and integrations, working directly with the founder and a small technical team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in no-code/low-code environments, enjoys connecting systems, and has strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain no-code/low-code automations using Zapier, Make, and similar tools.

- Integrate CRMs (HubSpot) with marketing, messaging, and internal operations tools.

- Develop WhatsApp workflows using Twilio, 360Dialog, or direct API.

- Set up one-time data syncs and ongoing workflows (e.g., contact sync, event triggers).

- Implement data validation, filtering, and deduplication across workflows.

Я особисто розбираю усі відгуки та проводжу телефонні та офлайн-співбесіди. Рішення приймаю швидко та надаю зворотний зв'язок (як продовження спілкування, так і його завершення) одразу або на наступний день. Те саме очікую і від кандидата.

Між відгуком на вакансію та отриманням джобофферу може промайнути лише декілька днів.

Що потрібно робити?

Задачі:

- лити трафік з ROI +25% на мінімальних місячних обсягах від $10 тис. валового прибутку (gross profit);
