We are looking for a Head of Finance who will take full ownership of the company’s financial processes, systematize accounting, build a transparent cash flow management system, and ensure the financial stability of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Finance Department: allocate tasks, establish procedures and regulations, and monitor their execution.

Requirements

We are looking for a finance professional with hands-on management experience who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience managing a Finance Department or Treasury function.
• Has experience working in product-based e-commerce.
• Has a strong understanding of cash flows in a product-based business: procurement → inventory → sales → delivery → cash on delivery.
• Is experienced in working with payment calendars and Cash Flow management.
• Understands key metrics such as inventory turnover and tied-up capital.
• Is highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with large volumes of financial data.
• Has strong negotiation skills.
• Is able to make independent decisions and take full ownership of results.

About the Role

About the role

Your responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~30 game providers and act as their main point of contact
