About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Engineering leadership team. In this role, you will work closely with the Co-CTOs and the Chief of Staff, Technology — helping them stay focused on strategic priorities by managing schedules, coordinating communications, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You will play a key role in enabling effective collaboration across teams while maintaining a high level of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination for Engineering leadership

You Will

• Build and optimize payment routing across PSPs / MIDs and test scenarios (fallback, cascading, smart routing) across main products.
• Raise approval rate across all geos and products, and scale billing to handle new volume.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• At least 3 years of professional legal experience.
• Experience working in an IT company or providing legal support to IT businesses.
• A solid understanding of IT terminology and the specifics of the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, including civil, commercial, corporate, labor, and tax law.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
