About the Role

We are looking for a Business Process Manager to analyze, design, optimize, and govern business processes across the organization. This role focuses on improving efficiency, quality, scalability, and transparency by aligning processes with business strategy, technology, and performance metrics.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current (“as-is”) business processes and identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Design and implement optimized (“to-be”) processes aligned with business goals
• Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Agile
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Operations, Finance, Product, IT, HR, etc.)
• Define and maintain process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and process maps

We are looking for an experienced media buyer for a paid consultation (High-Risk / Non-Standard Verticals)

We work withsome projects in non-standard, high-risk verticals. The technical setup is already in place, but after launch, campaigns don’t gain traction or scale, while we see the same brands performing successfully with other teams

This is NOT a request for “hacks” or technical workarounds.
We are looking for an expert perspective on what might be missing after the setup stage

What we want to review during the consultation:
- Post-launch strategy and decision-making
- Creative approach and testing logic
- Traffic structure and campaign setup logic
- Pre-lander and funnel consistency
- Overall campaign economics and scaling mindset

The goal is to understand what could be adjusted or improved to make campaigns convert and stabilize results

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a media buyer in high-risk or non-standard verticals
- Strong understanding of campaign performance beyond the technical setup
- Ability to analyze and explain what’s happening and why
- Practical, real-world experience (not theory)

Format:
- Paid consultation
- 30–60 minute call (or async review if preferred)
- Budget negotiable, based on experience
