The role focuses on working inside Blueshift CDP and combines email templating (HTML / CSS / Liquid) with marketing automation, personalization, and QA.
This is not a pure HTML email coding role — most of the work happens via automation flows and low-code configuration inside the CDP.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain email templates in Blueshift CDP or similar (HTML, CSS, Liquid)
- Implement dynamic personalization (conditions, loops, dynamic blocks)
- Assemble and support email automation flows and sequences
- Work with user segmentation and content logic
- Configure templates and automations via visual / low-code tools
- Ensure correct rendering across major email clients
- Test and QA emails (in-platform tools, Litmus / Email on Acid)
- Fix Liquid logic, rendering, and formatting issues
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with HTML/CSS email templates
- Practical experience with Liquid
- Experience with CDPs / ESPs (Blueshift or similar: SFMC, Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Customer.io, etc.)
- Understanding of responsive email limitations
- Basic understanding of segmentation and personalization
- Experience with email QA and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in a remote, long-term setup
- English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken)
