The mission of this role is to build and scale the B2C growth engine and drive revenue growth through acquisition, conversion, and organic channels.

The working schedule is full-time (8 hours/day), with at least 6 hours of overlap with CET business hours.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Optimize marketing funnels and conversion rates to increase user acquisition and convert trial users into paying customers;
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta;

Reason for Position Launching & Mission of the Role
To build social media into a structured and measurable channel for candidate attraction, strengthen EverHelp’s employer brand and B2B presence, and drive engagement across B2E audiences, B2B stakeholders, and C-level personal brands.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Manage and develop EverHelp’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn, with a focus on candidate attraction (B2E) and B2B audience engagement,
• Own and grow Instagram, TikTok, and Threads as channels for candidate attraction, audience growth, and employer brand visibility,
• Manage corporate LinkedIn pages for EverHelp and Evly, driving B2B communication and brand presence,
• Support and develop C-level personal brands on LinkedIn by monitoring industry trends, thought leaders, and creating relevant content,
• Build and maintain a social media analytics system, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting,
• Generate concepts and creatives for paid candidate attraction campaigns across Instagram and Facebook,
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners for both B2E and B2B initiatives,
• Prepare clear creative briefs and tasks for the design team,
• Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to ensure effective handover and processing of organic candidates,
• Partner with the Brand team to communicate employer branding initiatives, events, and company activities.

Needed experience & skills:

• 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+),
• Understanding of the Ukrainian IT industry,
• Basic understanding of HR metrics and analytics,
• Proven experience managing corporate accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn,

Ти будеш:

• Вести повний цикл рекрутингу: від сорсингу до оферу
• Закривати вакансії з фокусом на Customer Support (high-volume), а також брати участь у наймі на senior-рівень і суміжні ролі
• Активно приймати участь в міжнародному найманні
• Проводити скринінги та оцінювати кандидатів по комунікації, мотивації та problem-solving
• Працювати в тісній зв’язці з hiring-менеджерами: формувати профілі, узгоджувати очікування та пріоритети
• Впливати на ефективність найму через аналіз метрик і покращення процесів
• Долучатися до employer branding та просування вакансій
• Забезпечувати позитивний candidate experience на всіх етапах
• Використовувати сучасні інструменти (ATS, sourcing tools) для оптимізації роботи.
   

Про тебе:

• 1+ рік досвіду в рекрутингу (IT-oursource або агенція)
• Досвід найму нетехнічних ролей
• Досвід закриття з міжнародних вакансій
• Практичний досвід full-cycle рекрутингу
• Знання інструментів сорсингу та каналів пошуку кандидатів
• Сильні комунікаційні навички та вміння працювати зі стейкхолдерами
• Аналітичне мислення та уважність до деталей
• Рівень англійської — Upper-Intermediate або вище.
