IT Craft invites a Python/AI Developer to join our team. We’re looking for a specialist passionate about AI technologies, Large Language Models, and intelligent data processing. Your primary focus will be on developing and integrating AI-based solutions - from RAG systems and LLM integrations to API development and intelligent automation - contributing to projects across domains such as finance, healthcare, and knowledge management.

The role also involves experimenting with models, evaluating AI project requests during presale stages, and collaborating with backend and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, production-ready systems. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based AI systems, from data ingestion to inference APIs;
• Build and optimize LLM workflows: RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation, and integration;
• Create chatbots and intelligent agents capable of reasoning and tool invocation;
• Work with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval optimization;
• Connect AI components to automation platforms for scalable workflows;
• Expose internal tools and actions via MCP servers for safe model interaction;
• Ensure clean, test-driven code with proper CI/CD, monitoring, and logging;

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable, production-ready AI solutions.

   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python 3.x and frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask;
• Solid understanding of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, Llama, etc.) and their API integrations;
• Experience building RAG pipelines, chatbots, or AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex;
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, pgVector) and embedding workflows;
• Knowledge of model fine-tuning techniques (LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, RLHF);
• Ability to integrate automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) into AI-driven workflows;
• Practical use of Docker, Git, CI/CD, and testing best practices;
• Strong communication, ownership, and collaboration skills;

• At least an Upper Intermediate level of spoken and written English.

IT Craft invites a Senior React Developer to join our team and contribute to a fast-growing, innovative turnkey system that provides cost-effective hiring and back-office solutions for recruiting, staffing, and HR professionals. Our products help eliminate administrative challenges associated with time-consuming HR functions such as payroll, compliance, and more. 

We are looking for a developer with a strong sense of UI and UX quality, who can combine technical expertise with attention to visual details and user interaction. Ideally, the candidate has previous experience in UI/UX design or has contributed to the visual aspects of past projects.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS;
• Extensive experience using and creating custom React hooks;
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript;
• Experience in implementing styles according to design specifications;
• Proficiency with component libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, etc.;
• Experience with various front-end bundlers;
• Knowledge of state management tools such as Redux, MobX, etc.;
• Skilled in developing RESTful web services and working with APIs;
• Experience with unit testing;
• Background in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous projects;
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD;
• Understanding of composition, typography, and visual consistency;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written).

Will be a plus:
