We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of end-to-end growth streams and help us scale faster, smarter, and stronger. In this role, you’ll design and run experiments, raise the bar for tracking and data quality, and turn insights into repeatable, scalable wins.

Your Area of Impact:
- Funnel Ownership: manage and optimize full growth funnels — acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
- Experimentation: design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve performance and unit economics.
- Analytics & Tracking: maintain and validate tracking systems (Amplitude, GA, GrowthBook, Tableau) for accurate insights.
- Portfolio Prioritization: structure and manage hypothesis-driven growth initiatives across multiple channels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with product, design, data, and brand teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Market & Customer Analysis: continuously monitor funnel metrics, market trends, and customer behavior to inform decisions.
About You:
- Experience: 4+ years in growth, product, or performance marketing with measurable impact on revenue, acquisition, and retention.
- Funnel Expertise: hands-on ownership of full funnels for subscription-based products.
- Proven Impact: track record of launching and scaling funnels with positive unit economics.
- Analytics Mastery: skilled with Amplitude, GA, Tableau, GrowthBook, spreadsheets — able to translate data into decisions.
- CRO & Experimentation: deep experience with A/B testing, hypothesis-driven iteration, guardrails, effect sizing, and portfolio-level prioritization.
- AI-Proficiency: comfortable using AI tools for creative generation, test analysis, and marketing ops.
- Mindset: data-driven, outcome-oriented, process-disciplined, and always learning.
- Language: English proficiency B2+.
