Role Objective
The CFO will become a key strategic partner to the founders, responsible for building a structured financial management system, ensuring transparency and financial stability in a dynamic market environment. This role plays a critical part in risk management, strategic decision-making, and optimizing financial flows for further business scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement the companyβs financial strategy.
- Participate in business goal setting, profit forecasting, investment evaluation, and strategic sessions.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build management accounting and financial reporting systems (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) from scratch.
- Conduct profitability analysis across teams, verticals, GEOs, and traffic sources.
- Create BI dashboards and KPI reports for top management.
Budgeting & Control
- Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting processes.
- Monitor execution, analyze deviations, and develop emergency financial plans.
- Design KPI frameworks and bonus systems for teams.
Cash Flow Management
- Control and optimize cash flows, including working with multiple payment systems and cryptocurrencies.
- Prioritize payments in case of liquidity gaps and ensure reserve financing.
Risk Management
- Identify and minimize financial, legal, and tax risks.
- Safeguard company assets across accounts and payment systems.
Automation & Team Management
- Optimize and automate financial processes using tools (Google Sheets, API, BI).
- Lead and mentor the finance team (finance specialists, analysts, treasury).
- Collaborate closely with HR, operations, and media buying teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in senior finance roles (CFO, Head of Finance, Finance Director).
- Mandatory experience in Media Buying, iGaming, or Affiliate Marketing.
- Proven track record in building management reporting systems from scratch.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Practical experience with cryptocurrencies and international payment systems.
- Strong understanding of cost structures in iGaming businesses.
- Analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and system-oriented approach.
