    What you’ll do:

    You'll be working on two levels:

    1. Tactical / Day-to-Day Level:

    Rapid production of marketing materials in various formats:

    - Social media and ad creatives

    - Presentations, pitch decks, and partner materials

    - Promo videos and demo videos

    - Guides, instructions, and other communication materials

    - Occasionally - offline materials
     

    2. Strategic / Partial Level:

    - Support and evolve the visual style of products to ensure communication feels cohesive, modern, and premium.

    - Work across products such as B2B solutions, regularly creating pitch decks, demos, presentations, and partner materials.
     

    What we expect you to have:

    - Experience in digital marketing design.

    - Thinking in terms of communication design, not just individual formats.

    - Ability to deliver across different types of tasks: performance materials, social media creatives, landing pages, presentations, and brand assets.

    - Experience supporting and evolving a product’s or brand’s visual system.

    - Strong portfolio with diverse deliverables (not focused on one format for years).

    - Self-sufficiency: comfortable working with incomplete briefs, gathering context, and proposing solutions and options independently.

    - Maintaining a consistently high quality bar without constant supervision.

    - AI-friendly mindset: uses AI as a creative accelerator, experiments with new tools, and delivers professional-level results (not “generated-looking” visuals).
