As a Product Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of Eney’s market launch and growth, shaping how the product reaches and resonates with early users. You’ll define and test positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key target audiences, develop go-to-market strategies, and coordinate creative and performance marketing efforts to drive adoption.

In this role, you will:

• Implement and adapt the product marketing plan to enable the product to launch fully on the market, translating the product vision into actionable marketing initiatives
• Identify early target audiences, uncover their key pain points, and define, test, and iterate value propositions, positioning, and messaging to ensure it resonates and aligns with customers and the product vision
• Plan and execute early product releases, campaigns, and creative assets across channels, balancing performance marketing with brand consistency
• Set up early-stage funnels, tracking, and KPIs to monitor acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention, and optimize based on data
• Collaborate with Product and Revenue teams to support monetization experiments, testing flows, and revenue-driving initiatives even before full-scale sales
• Build, hire, and lead a high-performing marketing team from scratch, including onboarding, mentoring, and establishing operational workflows
• Take ownership of budget planning, allocation, and operational management to ensure resources are aligned with priorities and goals
• Drive experimentation and iteration across positioning, channels performance, creatives, and funnels, adapting quickly to changes and emerging insights
• Maintain a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability, making informed decisions and leading initiatives hands-on in a fast-moving, early-stage product environment

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2C SaaS products in Tier-1 markets
• Proven experience in growth and optimization of performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, LTV, ROMI, and traffic
• Ability to build and execute clear go-to-market strategies, including value proposition development, product positioning, and differentiation in competitive landscapes
• Hands-on experience launching new digital products or features from zero to scalable growth
• Deep understanding of AI-driven products, including fundamentals of machine learning, LLMs, APIs, and data models
• Deep understanding of user funnel dynamics and practical experience optimizing acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
• Analytical thinking and data fluency, including experience running experiments, A/B tests, and cohort analysis to drive informed decisions
• Experience in planning and managing marketing budgets
• Solid knowledge of performance channels growth and ability to design an effective, balanced channel mix
• Experience conducting customer research and market analysis to uncover insights that shape product and marketing strategy

About the role

We are looking for a Head of User Acquisition to take full ownership of execution quality, operational processes, and performance delivery within the User Acquisition Department.

Who we are
A performance marketing agency that operates as an embedded growth team for our clients. We manage 5+ active accounts across DTC e-commerce, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and lead generation verticals with a combined monthly spend of $200k+. Our primary platform is Meta, with TikTok and Google Ads for select accounts.
We’re a small, senior team - no layers, no bureaucracy. You’ll work directly with the founder (strategy), a creative lead (production), and a PM (coordination). Decisions happen fast, and you’ll have real ownership over the numbers.

The role
You’ll own the full performance lifecycle across multiple accounts - from campaign architecture and bid strategy to creative testing orchestration, anomaly response, and weekly client reporting.
You’ll think in unit economics (CAC, payback period, LTV), plan 1-3 months ahead, and work closely with our creative lead to turn performance data into actionable briefs. When ROAS drops 30% on a Tuesday morning, you’re the one who diagnoses whether it’s creative fatigue, audience saturation, or a platform delivery bug - and you fix it before anyone needs to ask.

What you’ll own

P&L outcomes
Hit and scale ROAS/MER targets per client while holding CAC and payback period within agreed thresholds
Manage daily budgets and pacing across multiple ad accounts per client

Translate data into specific, actionable briefs for the creative team: what formats to build (video, static, carousel, UGC), what angles to test, what volumes are needed, and what the priority order is
Define test mix and cadence - you decide what gets launched, how much budget it gets, and when to kill or scale
QA all creatives before launch: copy accuracy, size compliance, ad platform policy, landing page alignment

Tracking and measurement
Implement and maintain tracking: Pixel, CAPI, AEM, UTMs, GA4/GTM
