As we scale Documents to new platforms and channels, we’re entering an exciting new stage of growth where great advertising creative becomes essential. To make this journey successful, we’re looking for a Senior Creative Producer to build and scale how ad creatives are produced across the company.

What will you do:

• Lead the Advertising Ideation Roadmap: Own the systematic generation of 10 to 15 unique marketing angles and visual concepts per week, transforming consumer psychology and user pain points into highly structured testing frameworks.
• Drive Asset Lifespan Optimization: Deconstruct active ads into modular pieces—such as isolating the first 3-second intro hook from the main body copy—and execute systematic component-swapping tests to continuously lower CPA and prolong ad scaling windows.
• Define Technical Briefing Standards: Author highly itemized, frame-by-frame storyboards and scripts for motion designers that detail precise platform safe zones, aspect ratios, audio tracks, and copy overlays to ensure seamless production execution.
• Build the External UGC Network: Manage the end-to-end sourcing, casting, and usage contract negotiations with user-generated content (UGC) creators, building a dependable pipeline of raw video assets for the post-production team.
• Own Creative Operational Infrastructure: Establish and automate the creative production task pipeline, leveraging standardized asset naming conventions and automated file storage configurations to maximize team velocity.
• Translate Quantitative Insights into Design Priorities: Partner directly with UA and analytics teams to evaluate downstream campaign performance metrics—specifically 3-second hook rates, CTR, CPC, and CPA—to steer subsequent design sprints toward high-performing visual directions.
• Execute Daily Competitive Audits: Monitor the Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, and interactive ad networks to identify emerging visual formats and monetization mechanics, directly utilizing these trends to feed the Stream 3 web-validation loop.

About you:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Creative Producer or similar role.
• A proven track record of consistently generating lots of fresh ad concepts, built on a real understanding of what makes people tick.
• Hands-on experience optimizing ads at the component level — testing and swapping hooks, intros, and bodies to bring CPA down.
• You can write detailed, frame-by-frame briefs and scripts for motion designers, including formats, dimensions, audio timing, and text overlays.
• You’re fluent in performance data — hook rates, CTR, CPC, CPA — and know how to turn it into your next production priorities.
• Experience sourcing, casting, and negotiating usage contracts with UGC creators.
• You’ve owned creative production systems before — naming conventions, organized file storage, and task management.
• You know your way around the Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, and other ad-intelligence tools to study what competitors are doing.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with AI generation tools (Midjourney, Kling, Runway) so your briefs fit modern design workflows.
• Experience marketing B2C utility or productivity apps, turning complex features into simple consumer angles.
• Light hands-on editing in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut for quick mockups or rough cuts.
• Some exposure to web landing pages and web-first conversion flows.

We're looking for a Creative Designer to join the Documents team at Readdle. You'll create engaging marketing creatives for one of our flagship products, working closely with marketers and the creative team to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

What will you do:

• Lead High-Volume Ad Asset Production: Own the end-to-end delivery of 40–80 performance creative packs per month, scaling the asset pipeline across Meta and TikTok to ensure the paid distribution engine stays continuously funded with fresh creatives.
• Drive AI-Assisted Design Velocity: Pioneer prompt engineering protocols across generative AI platforms (Midjourney, Kling, Runway, etc.) to radically accelerate the creation of characters, video sequences, and environments, compressing production cycle times.
• Build High-Converting Visual Iterations: Produce 60 to 80 rapid creative variations per month-experimenting directly with 3-second video hooks, typography overlays, and narrative pacing-to find the unique visual angles needed for our category-creation product.
• Define Next-Gen Visual Hypotheses: Integrate CTR and CVR performance data from previous campaign flights into the design workflow, turning quantitative marketing metrics into targeted next-round visual optimizations.
• Own Cross-Platform Technical Compliance: Direct the post-processing, captioning, and animation phases within Adobe After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut, ensuring all exports strictly align with platform safe zones, dimensions, and ad network guidelines.

About you:

• Advanced Short-Form Video & Motion Design: Proven expertise in producing high-converting vertical video ads (15–30 seconds) and motion graphics for Meta and TikTok, with a mastery of capturing user attention in the first 3 seconds.
• Generative AI Production Power: Hands-on experience executing prompt engineering on generative AI platforms (including Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Leonardo AI, or Veo) to rapidly generate and enhance characters, backgrounds, and video sequences.
• High-Velocity Creative Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage an intense design workflow, delivering a massive volume of outputs (40–80 creative packs per month) through rapid execution of visual variations (swapping hooks, copy, and CTAs).
• Mastery of Core Creative Stack: Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Figma, or CapCut to build static layouts, execute frame designs, and post-process raw video footage efficiently.
• Data-Informed Design Thinking: Ability to analyze downstream performance data (CTR, CVR) from previous campaign flights and translate those metrics into targeted, logical visual iterations to lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).
• Technical Spec & Layout Rigor: Deep understanding of platform safe zones, precise aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), file weight restrictions, and ad network compliance rules to guarantee flawless asset deployment.

Would be a plus:

• Productivity or Utility App Domain Knowledge: Prior experience designing assets for B2C SaaS, utility software, or productivity tools, making it easier to rapidly deconstruct complex software features into simple consumer benefits.
• Web Landing Page Design Experience: Basic experience designing layout structures and static canvas designs for web-based marketing funnels and landing pages, accelerating our web-first product discovery pipeline.
• Mobile Ad Intelligence Proficiency: Experience utilizing tools like the Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, or other mobile ad intelligence databases to benchmark competitor visual trends and monetization mechanics.
• Basic Audio and Sound Design Skills: Ability to cleanly mix, cut, and time background music, voiceovers, or sound effects independently to instantly enhance the emotional impact of a video's first 3 seconds.
• Basic Copywriting for Performance Ads: Ability to independently iterate on script text overlays or hook copy variations to speed up the delivery of creative asset packs.

As a Senior Growth Analyst at Readdle, you’ll own the numbers behind how Spark grows. From the first ad impression to long-term renewals, you’ll make sense of the data, design event structures, and ensure everything is measurable. You’ll dig into funnels, uncover insights, and build dashboards that make growth performance crystal clear for product and marketing teams.

What will you do:

• Transform and analyze large datasets in BigQuery and Amplitude to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights across the user journey.
• Build and maintain self-serve dashboards in Tableau and Google Sheets that reduce ad-hoc reporting requests and establish a clear source-of-truth for growth metrics.
• Define, document, and QA event structures for new features, campaigns, and experiments; build a robust monetization measurement system to support pricing and migration decisions.
• Analyze user funnels across ads, store, onboarding, in-app usage, purchases, and cancellations to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities.
• Design and monitor A/B experiments and feature launches; validate results and ensure long-term impact tracking.
• Proactively surface insights, hypotheses, and growth opportunities to marketing and product teams; shape quarterly prioritization with impact scenarios to influence roadmap decisions.
• Build forecasting and scenario models for installs, conversions, retention, and revenue.
• Ensure data integrity across tools and pipelines through established QA processes; work with Appsflyer to track attribution and optimize acquisition reporting.

About you:

• 5+ years in growth, product, or marketing analytics in a B2C or SaaS environment, with experience supporting pricing, monetization, or migration initiatives in subscription-based products.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake); proficiency in Tableau and/or Amplitude for dashboards and complex data visualization.
• Experience with Appsflyer or other attribution platforms; familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of product analytics (funnels, cohorts, retention, event tracking), statistics, A/B testing, and concepts like segmentation, churn, or LTV modeling.
• Proven ability to design self-serve dashboards and act as a strategic thought partner to PM/PMM teams, not just an executor of analytics requests.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams with a proactive, curious, and coachable mindset.
