    What You’ll Be Doing

    You’ll support our paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms. Your day-to-day will look something like this:

    Campaign Support & Optimization

    • Assist in setting up and running paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
    • Monitor performance, update budgets, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
    • Help test new audiences, creatives, ad angles, and landing pages.

    Research & Insights

    • Analyze basic metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and flag what works β€” and what doesn’t.
    • Explore competitor ads, trends, and creative ideas that could inspire new tests.

    Creative Testing

    • Work closely with the content and creative teams to match messaging, hooks, and visuals.
    • Help organize creative testing frameworks and track which concepts win.

    Reporting & Daily Operations

    • Prepare simple performance updates and assist in weekly reporting.
    • Keep dashboards, trackers, and spreadsheets organized and clean.

    Learning & Growth

    • Stay on top of platform updates, new tools, and fresh trends in paid media.
    • Continuously learn through our internal knowledge base, coaching sessions, and campaign experimentation.

     

    What You Bring

    • 1.5+ years of experience in media buying.
    • Understanding of Meta Ads or TikTok Ads (even if only from sandbox projects).
