As a Middle-Senior Email Marketing Manager, you’ll fully own newsletter growth, engagement, and monetization across a high-volume, performance-driven portfolio.

This role is for someone who treats newsletters as a revenue channel, not just a publishing task. You’ll work closely with authors, AI writers, designers, and monetization partners to ensure every send is optimized for opens, clicks, and revenue while maintaining strong editorial quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full email campaign cycle: planning, launch, analysis, reporting, and optimization.
• Handle multiple projects/domains and execute daily email campaigns.
• Create, edit, and launch promotional emails using HTML templates or drag-and-drop builders.
• Work with audience segmentation, automation flows, and sending calendars.
• Monitor key metrics (Open Rate, CTR, CVR, ROI) and run A/B tests to improve performance.
• Ensure deliverability: inbox placement, sender reputation, bounce/spam rates, domains, DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and ESP integrations.
• Use AI tools to generate content ideas, improve creatives, and support campaign production.
• Collaborate with design, analytics, technical, and management teams to achieve business goals.
• Support onboarding and mentor junior team members when needed.

• Strong experience in email marketing
• Deep understanding of email performance metrics: open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue per send
• Hands-on experience managing multiple email campaigns at scale
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows
• Strong editorial and layout instincts (formatting, hierarchy, readability)
• Excellent organization and ability to manage 15–20+ newsletters simultaneously
