Influencer Sourcing and Outreach Manager Offline

We’re looking for someone to find and reach out to influencers on TikTok and Instagram, start conversations via DMs or email, build interest, and book them on a discovery call with our sales team. You own the full pipeline - from sourcing to scheduling the call.
 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Source and vet influencers on TikTok and Instagram
• Send personalized outreach via DMs and email
• Manage conversations, follow up, and nurture leads through the pipeline
• Qualify creators by niche, audience, and engagement fit
• Book confirmed discovery calls with our sales reps
• Track all activity and pipeline status in Google Sheets
   

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent/native English - your messages must feel natural and human
• Experience in influencer outreach, sourcing, lead gen, or SDR/BDR roles, with hands-on experience finding creators on TikTok and Instagram
• Available to work 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST, Mon–Fri - fast response times are essential
• Organized and detail-oriented - no lead falls through the cracks
   

NICE TO HAVE

• Deep knowledge of the TikTok/Instagram creator landscape
• Background in influencer marketing or talent management
   

WHAT WE OFFER

• Part-time, flexible remote collaboration
• $7 – $14/hour depending on experience
