About the role

We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads) to build and scale Meta as a new growth direction within our portfolio of subscription-based products (health&fitness).

About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of PPC to own and scale our paid acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels and products.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on performance marketing expertise. You’ll be responsible for managing multi-million-dollar acquisition budgets, identifying new growth opportunities, optimizing funnel performance, and driving sustainable customer acquisition at scale.

You’ll work closely with product, design, analytics, and leadership teams to accelerate growth across our subscription-based products in the US market.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute the user acquisition strategy across Paid Search and emerging channels
• Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar marketing budgets focused on scalable and profitable growth
• Launch, analyze, and continuously improve campaigns across platforms including Google Ads Bing, Taboola, Quora, and others
• Identify and test new acquisition channels, audiences, and growth opportunities
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, LTV, and ROI
• Build forecasting models, budget recommendations, and scalable reporting frameworks
• Drive experimentation across creatives, landing pages, targeting, and funnel optimization initiatives
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and copywriting teams to improve conversion performance
• Use analytics and insights to develop clear recommendations, strategic direction, and optimization roadmaps
• Partner with leadership on broader growth and go-to-market initiatives

• You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing roles
• You’ve managed large-scale paid acquisition budgets and performance-driven campaigns (min 1mil $ budgets)
• You have strong experience with the US market and subscription-based or B2C products
• You’re highly analytical and comfortable working with large data sets, attribution models, and funnel analytics
• You have hands-on expertise across major paid channels and performance marketing platforms
• You understand how to scale acquisition while maintaining efficiency and profitability
• You’re experienced in A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion optimization
• You’re proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / SQL and data-driven decision-making
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building systems from the ground up
